O hotel é muito confortável, tem espaços amplos e bem cuidados e um ótimo café da manhã.
Breakfast was incredible. A lot of choice, even for all the special "vegan/vegetarian or whatever diet" people. Nice parking place under the hotel, free of charge.
Old furniture, stains on the carpet, an extremely soft mattress on the bed, an uncleaned bathtub, paint stains inside the furniture, and, most unpleasant of all, knowing there were two people in the room, only one bottle of water was provided for free upon our arrival. The second one was available for 2.5 euros per 330 ml. Interesting that the next day it wasn't even that one for free, replaced. It was probably some welcome water only for the first day. Smart TV is blocked like a normal analog TV, without the ability to watch any online streaming programs: no Netflix or other streaming TV.

À chegada apercebemo-nos que a nossa reserva tinha sido atribuída a outra pessoa. É certo que o staff que estava de serviço na altura fez o que pôde e com algum tempo de espera atribui-nos um outro quarto. Ainda assim acreditamos que para um hotel desta natureza uma falha destas é muito grande e é de evitar a todo o custo.
As almofadas eram demasiado fôfas. Sugerimos que pelo menos metade das almofadas sejam mais duras para as pessoas que necessitam.
