location and ambience were great! room comfy and stuff very friendly and helpful. airco in the room also a big plus for the summer.

La verdad que nos decepcionamos, porque para ser cuatro estrellas..... no creo que llegue en España ni a dos.... la atención bien.... la situación lo mejor.... pero en la habitación no nos gustó que había mosquitos, telarañas en el techo del baño, la bañera resbalaba, crujia la casa por la noche un poco.. al ser de madera y eso... la verdad es que nos decepcionó ..... repito... en España no llega a dos estrellas....

Wir hatten einen schönen zweitägigen Aufenthalt in Brügge.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage. Öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe. Hotel im historischen Stadthaus mit Charme.
Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Hotelzimmer etwas altmodisch möbliert und leider zum Lesen nicht so gut beleuchtet.
Das Schloss zum Abschliessen des Zimmers war schwergängig.

Great, highly recommended.
Pros:

Other than super hard bass, seniors have hip problems, we required few more duvets to soften the bed. All other was good.

Cons:

Parking at hotel side would be a plus.
