A very nice hotel with a good location, but no air-conditioning and a noisy outside street.
Pros:

It was a clean, beautiful property with a close proximity to the main area in Galway city where people go out

Cons:

There was no Air Conditioning, which required you to open a window to cool the room. At night, many people would walk by on the street making noise making it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Excellent location, two minutes walk to Eyre Square. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully redecorated lobby and bar. Parking available too.

Beautiful accomodation, clean, with extremely helpful staff
Pros:

Property had beautiful charm and architecture. Our room was huge and incredibly clean. Location was fabulous and staff were lovely. Our baby was unwell and needed antibiotics however our room didn’t have a fridge, staff were extremely accommodating and were able to provide us a small fridge. Car park was well sized, free and we had the ability to double park with valets able to move cars around so never had to find street parking. We couldn’t fault the stay at all! Would return and absolutely recommend.

Deluxe room had nothing deluxe about it. 5 ft bed, small bath towels and dreadful pillows. No hand lotion, no bathrobes or slippers. Disappointing.

Handy location to the main tourist area, was great for our stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, great location, private parking and helpful staff. The highlight was the traditional Irish band playing in the bar at night.

Lovely hotel and fantastic welcoming staff.
Pros:

It was a fantastic place to stay in Galway. The location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and pubs and downtown square. It was great to have parking on site. And great Irish music one night in the bar.

Cons:

The washroom in our room could use updating. It was an accessible washroom but not ideal for people with no mobility issues. The shower for instance was at a strange position for most people.

Hotel was centrally located within an easy walk to Shop Street and many eatery’s. Staff was friendly and parking was available. We will stay at the Western on our next trip to Ireland.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, camera accogliente e di dimensioni adeguate per 4 persone, ristorante dell’hotel veramente buono e personale di hotel e ristorante molto gentile.

Cons:

Il bagno, benché di dimensioni adeguate, mancava di spazi per appoggiare i beauty case e di ganci dove appendere gli asciugamani.
