Excellent séjour
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Embassy Suites by Hilton Montréal.

Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et disponible. La chambre est parfaitement équipée, avec une literie très confortable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la propreté et le confort général, ainsi que les peintures et le sol qui semblent avoir été récemment rénovés.

La cuisine est très bien équipée, les deux télévisions sont un vrai plus, et le salon est très agréable pour se détendre.

Enfin, un grand bravo pour le petit-déjeuner : il est varié, copieux et vraiment délicieux ! 😋

Un excellent hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce très bon séjour !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de mon séjour concerne le bruit dans les couloirs le matin.

Les femmes de ménage sont assez bruyantes, notamment lorsqu’elles discutent entre elles et déplacent le matériel dans les couloirs. Cela peut être assez gênant pour les clients qui souhaitent dormir ou se reposer le matin.

Ce serait vraiment le seul point à améliorer, car pour le reste, j’ai été très satisfait de mon séjour.

Very comfortable stay in a central location.
Pros:

The property was close to all attractions. The breakfast buffet was great. And I really enjoyed the restful night sleep after a long day of being a tourist.

Cons:

The daily parking rate is high. I also had to keep asking for small things I.e., Fresh towels, water bottles, extra blankets. At one point my AC stopped working. However, they were responsive and brought everything I needed quickly.

The showers had no grip on the floors which makes it a slipping and falling danger.

Pricey but you are paying for location. Has everything you need but not overly fancy.
Pros:

Bathroom nice and modern, complimentary happy hours drinks were fun. Main bed pretty comfortable. Great location for everything in Montreal. The Place-d'Armes Metro station is across the street and you can go anywhere in the city from there. Easy walking distance to lots of main attractions in Old Town like Notre Dame Basilica and the Archeology Museum and the river nearby. Air Canada Airport Shuttle bus picks up from around the corner which we found really useful.

Cons:

The Kitchenette in our Junior Suite had basically nothing in it, no plates or cutlery at all. So hard to use it even just to heat something up in the microwave if we wanted to. However, we did ask for a few plates etc and they were brought to the room. We used the sofa bed and despite being new and perfectly fine, it was still pretty uncomfortable for an adult especially, for the price charged for the suite. Breakfast was really busy but we were there in August, with many events going on.

Pros:

There's a cook in the restaurant that provides us with egg options in case the scrambled egg every day is not to liking.
Location downtown is good with easy accessibility to Trains and Buses.
Also Location is close to various must-see sites (viz. Notre Dam, Grand Quay, etc.)

Cons:

Rooms are decent; however, the room provided to us hadn't a good view.
Breakfast is usually the same, not much variety.
Kettle is not provided in room

Großes Badezimmer, Großes Wohnzimmer, Kühlschrank, Bett sehr bequem, Wasserflaschen jeden Tag frisch am Zimmer, toller Zimmerservice

Cons:

Obwohl es eine Küche im Zimmer gibt, gab es kein Besteck oder Teller. Eine Küchenrolle oder ähnliches hat gefehlt.
Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir frisches Gemüse gewünscht
Als Heißgetränk fehlte mir Kakao beim Frühstück
Im Frühstücksraum ist zu wenig Platz
