Muy céntrico para nosotros
Todo estuvo bien
Nice room.
The restaurant has no gluten free options. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, steak and fries. I didn't think to ask if the fries were gluten free. Its usually my safe order. They were frozen coated fries so inedible for me. I am not celiac but eating it would have caused me great gut pain on my special weekend. They offered mashed potatoes but then told me it would be a long wait so the only thing they could do was give me plain white rice which was not tasty to me. It ruined the meal and I was not offered any compensation at all.I guess it wasn't really anyone's fault but it was very disappointing nonetheless.
Breakfast& Happy Hour drinks were great. Thanks Bernard and all the other staff. Itty bitty thing....I don't think those were Queen beds. They felt more like full or double beds. However, they did upgrade us AND our friends and as a retired Firefighter, I enjoyed the view of the "Fire Headquarters" across the street. Maybe someday, a rooftop pool/bar area would be the ultimate upgrade. It was our first visit to Montreal and it is beautiful. Merci. (2 years of French and my vocabulary is limited!)
I might suggest a non skid spray for the shower floors, or mats. Once inside, with the shower running, soap and shampoo, it gets slick fast and I don't think the cleaning crew would even notice becαuse it's dry by the time they see it. It really was a nice, well equipped stay. Oh, maybe some basic plates and utensils for the kitchen units (maybe paper plates and plastic utensils?)
We have been staying at the Embassy quite a few years now and we always find it comfortable. We stayed in a renovated suite this time and it was very clean and well laid out. We are looking forward to our next stay!
Happy hour and breakfast. Close to old Montreal
Air conditioner was very noisy
Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Room was good overall.
Location of the hotel was excellent.
Bathroom was a little on the small side.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after such a wonderful experience at the Embassy Suites. We were visiting Montreal for the first time for the F1 race, and the entire staff made our stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely lovely throughout the weekend.
The concierge team was terrific, and the hotel was impressively well staffed despite the huge crowds. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and the nightly happy hour was such a fun touch after long days at the race.
Special shoutout to Bernie and Joey for all their hard work and for handling the busy crowds with such great energy and professionalism. The location was also fantastic and made getting around so easy.
Thank you for making our first trip to Montreal such a memorable one!

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. People were very friendly and pleasant.
Had expected a couch or a least a comfortable chair in the room. Our room overlooked the dumpster.
Nouvellement rénové
Amazing spot, great staff
The Embassy Suites Montreal was perfect! The front desk and concierge staff was pleasant and accommodating with all requests and questions. The large suite was extremely clean upon arrival and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness and restocking fresh towels throughout the stay. The pillow top bed was plush and amazingly comfortable. The bedding and towels were all high quality. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The 5:00-7:00 reception with complimentary wine, beer, cocktails and snacks was held in the very clean bar and restaurant area. The restaurant staff and bar tenders were eager to please. The complimentary breakfast was also in the restaurant offering many light and hearty options including a made to order omelet and pancake station. The breakfast staff was bustling to keep tables clean and food replenished.
The location is very convenient-steps from the Old Montreal and Old Port areas and seemed very safe during the day as well as after dark.
I prefer to stay in Hilton properties because they are consistently clean, well maintained and a good value for the price. I was hesitant to book this property with construction and remodeling concerns mentioned in reviews but we did not see or hear any signs of construction throughout our stay. Our room was always very quiet and we were even facing the street. The Embassy Suites Montreal is one of the best Hilton properties that I have experienced!
The room was spacious.
The room wasn't cleaned with care. We found a bitten apple, hair on the floor, dust and a bootle with cleaning liquid. It was also noisy as there where trucks running their engine in front of the hotel - I would expect better windows. Also, we found food on the floor during breakfast. I also don't like just paper cups for breakfast as I eat in. And maybe it's a European thing but I don't like the eggs for my Omelett from a tetra-pack. So I went for fried eggs as I could see that they were made from real eggs. Oh, shower needed maintenance as well and there was a broken elevator for 3 days.
