Superior customer service
Pros:

Very spacious and clean rooms, lovely breakfast, a short walk to town and the marina. The thing that made the stay so great however was the exceptional customer service and fabulous front of house - special mention to Claudia and Alexandra- who make a stressful visit to Faro for a family emergency much more calm and manageable. Thanks so much ladies. See you with all the family in a more controlled manner soon!

De passagem para uma viagem de avião
Pros:

Gostei de tudo,desde a amabilidade das pessoas que estavam na recepção até as funcionárias que estavam no refeitório do pequeno 'almoço que nos proporcionou um bom pequeno em relação qualidade /preço do hotel.
O hotel era bom , o preço acessivel, recomendo e é uma experiência a repetir numa próxima vez.

Pros:

La habitación esta bien, fue mas o menos lo que esperaba, la ubicación es buena ya que estas a pocas cuadras del centro y la marina para ir caminando. Que tenga parking es una ventaja.

Cons:

El servicio de la recepción flojo, muy poco servicial al hacerle consultas y lo peor fue que le solicitamos que nos pidieran un taxi para la mañana siguiente que teníamos un bus a Sevilla y bajamos a la recepción confiados y no lo habían pedido ( no hay muchos taxis disponibles) por eso que tuvimos que correr con las valijas e ir a la terminal caminando.

Cons:

Wir sind aufgrund einer Flugverspätung erst nach Mitternacht angekommen und wurden von einem extrem unfreundlichen, genervten und wenig hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter begrüßt. Eine große Kakerlake bei der Rezeption hat unsere Stimmung auch nicht gebessert. Zurück Meer war dann sauber aber wenig einladend. Mehr als eine Andacht wü de ich hier nicht verbringen.

Brilliant !
Pros:

The Staff was very nice. The people at the reception were very helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the room so clean and there were so many towels to use. The breakfast was also fantastic !
They had a very nice cot for our Baby. it really made our stay very comfortable !
