Convenient
Run down area fences up all around for construction
The cardio of taking the stairs since there was only one elevator working and a full hotel of people.
The unmentioned $50 non refundable pet fee and $50 dollar refundable damage fee.
Food is standard high caloric, processed American food. Nothing to brag about so if you’re health conscious your choices will be very limited, even the yogurt is not real.
Happy hour and breakfast
1 elevator working
Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety. Staff were super attentive in keeping the food well stocked. The Drury was wonderful—clean, comfortable, perfect location for taking in the Forest Park attractions. I want to give the manager an A+. We observed him always visible on the job and always on the move. He may be in the parking lot tending to an issue, in the lobby, in the kitchen, in the dining area, in the elevator, etc. The Drury Inn at Forest Park will be our hotel from now on when we visit in St. Louis.
I don’t know of any improvements to suggest.
Very convenient location and surprisingly quiet for being close to the interstate.
Convenient location off of the interstate and the distance to the event we were in town for. The rooms were super quiet- couldn’t hear a single thing above or beside or in the halls at any time during our stay. Was nice that they actually did enforce the locked doors after certain hours at ALL of the entry locations.
We had an issue with our beds in the initial room we were given . 😕
The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable. The kickback was very well done.
The 2nd elevator was out of order.
We loved how friendly the staff were and how welcoming. The on site kickbacks were wonderful
One of the elevators was down. But, we didn’t mind the stairs.
Breakfast and dinner
Only 1 elevator was working for our entire stay.
Front office staff was friendly. Especially Brittany. She was exceptional!
It was just little things. No trash bags in the trashcans, TV not working (Brittany stayed until she fixed it) pool floors were disgusting (food and trash everywhere), pool bathroom had vomit all over it.
It was clean, good location , great staff, breakfast and dinner were good.
Nothing to mention.
Staff was absolutely lovely and kind and helpful!
Elevator is slow and there aren’t enough of them for the size of the property. We don’t mind taking the stairs, but the stairwell was smelly and dank. Overall the hotel feels run down and in need of TLC. While it’s nice to have food included, it was boarder-line terrible. Breakfast was much better, but still not great. I paid far too much for such a mediocre experience.
There was a large variety of food for breakfast.
The oatmeal was cold
