Close to the main centre and no shortage of places to eat nearby….. there’s actually an Italian restaurant next door!
Nothing wrong tbh - all good
Everything about this place is "Happy". This place goes out of its way to take care of its guest and by the time we left, we truly felt as if we were VIP's. All the staff from the front desk (Famous Amos and Jake) to the ladies who took care of the dining area were ALL SMILES and took care of their customers. The place was clean from the front foyer and lobby area, the swimming and spa area, elevators, and our room was immaculate. For the first time we actually sat down in the comfortable chairs and couches in the lobby area, my wife and I, and enjoyed the atmosphere while we had a complimentary drink and popcorn popped fresh and talked about how different this place was from some of the other places we had stayed in St. Louis. We promised Famous Amos and Jake both and I promise you, the reviewers, that we will return time and time again to this Hotel when we visit for whatever reason for our trip to either Barnes Hospital, The Zoo, The Arch or for whatever. It is a great location and can get on the highway easy to whatever direction you need to go quickly. There is fresh popcorn and cold drinks readily available at 4:00pm and then for dinner or a snack the Kickback meal at 5:30pm is an exceptional deal and they even compliment you with three free cocktails per day of stay. Absolutely amazing deal. On top of that your car is secure in the front of the hotel by a nightly guard who watches over the grounds at night for safety. Top Notch Location and 5+ stars from us that is easily given to this Drury Inn Hotel.
We specifically picked this location for the Hot Tub experience since we are Seniors and love to be able to relax. The hot tub the night we stayed was not working. We notified Jake at the front desk and twice he tried his hardest to get it working for us by even trying to call the maintenance staff after hours who were not there on location at the time. Of course we were a little let down that it couldn't get it working for us but we were told the next morning early they were already working on it in case we stayed another night. We were there for a visit to Barnes and the tests they needed me to take were done quickly and did not need to stay another night and was able to return home the same day. But if we did stay another night, even if they did not get the hot tub working, we would have stayed there. That's how much we enjoyed this Hotel.
Food wasn’t bad and drink service okay.
Booked a king for the family vacation and they only had 2 full size beds.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening food and drinks made it a good deal. The location was awesome for everything we wanted to do.

Proximity to freeway. Easy check in process, friendly staff, large room, very comfy bed and nice shower with great water pressure!
Location is close to The Hill section of St. Louis, botanical gardens and history museum. It’s easy to navigate from this hotel to vacation sites.
The cardio of taking the stairs since there was only one elevator working and a full hotel of people.
The unmentioned $50 non refundable pet fee and $50 dollar refundable damage fee.
Food is standard high caloric, processed American food. Nothing to brag about so if you’re health conscious your choices will be very limited, even the yogurt is not real.
