The free shuttle to the airport plus the shuttle driver herself was very nice!

Cons:

We were given a late checkout of 12pm. At 11am someone came knocking on our door asking if we were checking out. Informed then that we were given a late checkout when we checked in and she said that she didn’t have us down as a late checkout and who did we speak to. Told her the info and she left. At about 11:30 we started hearing banging on the walls from the room next to us. Seemed very intentional to get us out and they called the room phone several times as well. Just one ring then would hang up. Not sure if their was miscommunication when we set up the late checkout but either way just seemed very unprofessional

Pros:

Breakfast was okay…not enough seating. Walkable to coffee shops, a couple restaurants but heavy traffic and multi lanes in front of hotel. Swimming pool, although very small, was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, nothing fancy.

Cons:

Breakfast room was too small. Only 1 person to check-in and always a long line. Multi-lane highway in front of hotel. Not many places to eat nearby, but we found a couple small neighbor restaurants.
