Это было отвратительно! Никогда в жизни не сталкивались с таким ужасом. Этот “отель” — настоящий рассадник клопов. Номер оказался буквально кишащим паразитами: клопы были на кровати, в постели, на стенах и, кажется, вообще везде. Спать было невозможно — мы втроем всю ночь стояли в ванной, потому что боялись лечь на кровать и быть искусанными еще сильнее. Но даже это не спасло: клопы все равно нас покусали.
Это был не отдых, а кошмар и антисанитария. После одной ночи остались укусы, зуд, бессонница и полный шок от того, как вообще можно сдавать такие номера людям. Персонал, похоже, прекрасно знает о проблеме, но ничего не делает.
Если вам дороги здоровье, сон и нервы — держитесь подальше от этого места. Худший опыт за все время путешествий.

Fine for the price. Don't expect too much.
Pros:

The bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean, the hotel is centrally located near Hamburg Hbf. Staff were friendly enough. The druggies outside don't bother you. We didn't feel unsafe. Fine if you are on a budget.

Cons:

Pillows so floppy they're non-existent. No cups, glasses, things to drink out of. We asked for some but the receptionist looked shocked that we could want such a thing. Curtains don't cover the window, so take an eye mask in summer. Noisy outside with traffic. Room too warm in May. No fans or AC. Hot water took so long to come through we thought there wasn't any. Internet comes and goes. It was the first hotel I haven't wanted to take my shoes off in.

Nochmals herzlichen Dank an den wachsamen, aufmerksamen Rezeptionisten in der Nacht vom 24. auf den 25.5., der mittels Kameraüberwachung den Diebstahl unserer Fahrräder verhindert hat

Für 2 Nächte und für Alleinreisende OK. Frühstück war keines dabei, brauchte ich aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Der große Vorteil des Hotels ist seine Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes

Cons:

Die Matratze vom Einzelbett lag auch einer art Couch, die aber kleiner war als die Matratze. Lag man zu nahe am Rand kugelt man vom Bett. Außerdem war die Matratze zu weich.

Bed Bugs - Stay away!
Cons:

I got bed bug bites from this hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

I stayed one night and woke up covered in bed bug bites. The room smelled weird and all furniture was super old.

No me gusto nada. La ubicación mala, estaban todos los drogadictos y mendigos por los alrededores.
El hotel viejísimo y era un hotel de tres estrellas, en España no seria ni un hostal. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Hotel Polo am ZOB - Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt, freundlich zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

die top zentrale Lage gleich beim Hauptbahnhof, das sehr freundliche und auch entspannte Personal, das 24h am Empfang sitzt. Entspannt deshalb, da wir die Check out Zeit um 11 Uhr um fast 30 Min. überzogen haben.
Auch gut gelöst ist die fussläufig vom Hotel entfernte moderne Parkgarage fürs Auto mit EUR 15 pro Tag. In dieser Parkgarage hat das Hotel div. Parkplätze angeschrieben für Gäste Autos und man kommt mit dem Garagentoröffner sowie den zwei Garagentoren nach einer Eingewöhnungszeit gut klar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber eingerichtet und ruhig v.A. die Zimmer zum Innenhof.
