Napoli che scoperta!
Pros:

Posizione strategica, vicina a Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo, lungomare, alla metro 1, oltre al fatto che essere in Via Chaia è già una cosa positiva essendo una via pedonale piena di negozi.
Il personale gentile e disponibile.
Colazione varia ed abbondante.
Puoi lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out

Cons:

Avremmo preferito stare all’interno della struttura dell’albergo e non in un edificio separato che di fatto è in un condomino ed è a 500 m dall’albergo e quindi, avendo la colazione inclusa, al mattino era un po’ scomodo per la colazione

Nella realtà il parcheggio è a 600m di distanza e costa 50€ al giorno.

Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und hat nicht auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Die Reservierung des Parkplatzes war auch ein Missverständnis - trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage keine Antwort. Der Tresor war verschlossen und konnte nicht geöffnet werden - es war aber niemand zuständig.

Ho dimenticato un rasoio di valore e presumo non sia stato ritrovato. Nonostante due solleciti e la richiesta, mi avrebbe fatto piacere la comunicazione del mancato ritrovamento.
Tornerò comunque presso questa struttura.
