Perfekter Aufenthalt. Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, Straßenbahn recht gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war super! Zum einen typisch finnisch, aber auch kontinental. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man sich rundum wohl gefühlt

Wenig Platz im Zimmer, Fenster haben sich nicht öffnen lassen. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Super Lage, der Hafen, der Dom und die Felsenkirche sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle und eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.

舒適方便、早餐不錯
Pros:

位置很好，在便利安全的區域。
入住前後都寄放了行李。遇到的女性員工非常友善，像家一樣溫馨的氛圍。
似乎是老飯店改建，基本房型還算乾淨，可以好好休息。浴室寬敞乾淨，床也好睡。
房間內無桌子可以使用，不過一樓公共區域有很大的休息區，非常舒適。
早餐好吃！
（地下室有桑拿，男女輪流使用，女性時段在5、6點的傍晚，時間很短，沒使用到。）

Cons:

訂的是最基本的房型，房內沒有任何桌子，且僅有一張簡易的椅子。
桑拿的女性可使用時段短且早，有點可惜。（不確定時段是否會輪流。）

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Menschen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück.
Zimmer klein, also vielleicht eher nichts für einen 2wöchigen Urlaub, aber für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend, sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ebenso wie das super saubere Badezimmer.

Pros:

Hotel is really nice, the room is quite modern and breakfast is fantastic. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

There is a big problem with communication on basic services. When we checked in noone told us that the room will not be cleaned or towels/toilet paper replaced, until specifically asked at reception. After 2nd night I asked in reception for room service and was meet with surprising: we don't offer that. I'm sorry, but does it mean i should clean the room costing >100e myself? Then at least give my a broom... We were reluctantly offered new towels, but then again next day we had to ask for the same, and only at the reception. This is not a green hotel, this is just saving on cleaning staff in a very bad manner. We stayed 4 nights and room was not even swept. At least tell us clear rules at check in..
