Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet - laktosefreie und glutenfreie Optionen dabei!

Cons:

Zimmerservice kam bei unserem Aufenthalt (5Nächte) gar nicht- wir sind am 4.Tag zur Rezeption gegangen und haben uns ein Rolle Klopapier und frische Handtücher geholt, beim Mülleimer haben wir ein zweites Sackerl angefangen und daneben hingestellt.

A very welcoming hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

It's a really nice hotel that is close to the centre of Helsinki. There are loads of restaurants nearby and the train station is only about a 20 minute walk or so away.
The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home straight away. I arrived late in the evening so I received a recommendation of some good restaurants nearby, which worked out really well. Thanks Nina!
The room was nice and clean and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food.
Even though it is fairly central, it is nice and quiet in the rooms.

Cons:

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel. It's only a minor inconvenience as there are loads nearby.
