Perfect place to relax.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and painless, and so was checkout.
The room was modern, had no obvious flaws, the view was great, and the bed was comfortable (not one of those doubles that is clearly 2 singles).

Cons:

No issues at all with the room, the staff, or the amenities. Maybe would have been good to have suggestions of where to eat, but that wasn't a big deal.

Was ok but no shower cap in the bathroom

Cons:

Ocean view which was half ocean view and half pool view . While towels may not be changed just tidying up would be better especially for the amount charged per night

Great spot - though name is a bit misleading.
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay and visit to Hervey Bay.

Cons:

With 'resort & spa' in the hotel name, we expected the outdoor pool area to have a spa & a sauna (the bathroom did have a bathtub spa, though they are quite not the same amenity). The gym was very small and tucked away in a dank room in the basement with no windows (again, not what we expected for a property promoted as a 'resort & spa'). No phone reception or wifi available when using the gym. Did not 'feel' like a resort and so we didn't get the experience we were after.

Perfect apartment in lovely location!
Pros:

The 3 bedroom apartment we booked (room 116) was absolutely beautiful! Lovely view of the pool and easy access to the pier and shops and restaurants outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this resort! x

Stunning room and pool area in a good location for local shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Beautiful room with views of stunning pool area. Easy parking and access.

Cons:

We would have liked breakfast to be offered as we had an early start!
