Pros:

Good location with large room and modern bathroom and good breakfast. Parking was outside hotel and free

Cons:

Staff in restaurant disinterested so we decided not to eat there.

A perfect place to relax and unwind.
Pros:

The property is a modern build hotel on the edge of Frascati town within walkable distance to the old town where there are plentiful good bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very varied and all good. Staff were incredibly helpful - helping us with bookings for trips.

Cons:

The walk into town was along cobbled pavements which isn’t for the unfit.
