Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The claim that the second and third floors have a sea view is completely misleading. The actual view is of high-voltage power cables, which are disturbing and make the place feel unsafe.
The furniture is old and in very poor condition, and there were lizards and reptiles inside the room.
The air conditioner is weak and extremely noisy all the time, while the hotel staff were cold and unwelcoming.
The bathroom plumbing is completely worn out, and there is not even a bidet spray hose, despite it being available in most hotels in Thailand.
Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all, even if it were free.

الإعلان عن وجود إطلالة بحرية للدور الثاني والثالث غير صحيح إطلاقًا، فالإطلالة الحقيقية على كابلات ضغط عالٍ مزعجة وتعطي شعورًا بعدم الأمان.
الأثاث قديم وسيئ جدًا، كما وجدنا أبراص وزواحف داخل الغرفة.
التكييف ضعيف وصوته مزعج طوال الوقت، ومعاملة موظفي الفندق جافة وغير احترافية.
الحمام حالته سيئة جدًا والسباكة متهالكة بالكامل، وحتى خرطوم الشطاف غير موجود رغم أنه متوفر في أغلب فنادق Thailand.
بصراحة لا أنصح بالسكن في هذا الفندق إطلاقًا حتى لو كان السعر مجاني

リゾート感は薄いが便利で眺めの良い宿
Pros:

海の眺めが良い。部屋によると思いますが。
買い物や食事に便利。パタヤの中心部ならどこに宿を取っても同様とは思いますが。
部屋は概ね質素で、広くもなく狭くもないが、普通に清潔で、一人には十分快適。

Cons:

交通量の多い海岸通りに面しており、一日中騒音が聞こえる。寝られない程ではないので、私は大丈夫でしたが。
ベランダでくつろぐ時は、エアコンを切っておかないと、エアコンの室外機の騒音と風が気になる。道路の騒音は、ノイズキャンセルフォンで対応。
