Rooms is basic, but comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. I will book there again.

The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice king size bed.
The food in the restaurant was excellent!
The small fridge in the room was very handy.

Cons:

A laundry service would have been helpful at the hotel,
The reception staff did assist to find a laundry service but unfortunately due to a water problem in the area we were stuck and had to hand-wash.
There were no hair-dryers.

Receptionist was polite and professional. Easy check in and check out

Cons:

Had to ask for towels as there were none in the room. Restaurant doesn't serve cappuccinos.

Pros:

I loved the welcoming staff , they are friendly yet professional 🥰❤️. Assisted us with everything we requested. It was great to be at Premier Splendid. And my mom who uses a wheelchair was amazingly catered for even the shower in her room.

Cons:

I would advise the cleaning staff that especially on showers that they scribe the shower floor, it was slippery and that usually happens if the shower floor is not being scribbed/cleaned properly. Since there are many germs one can get from stepping with feet on that. I usually carry my flops 🩴🩴🩴🩴 to prevent this. But I forgot then. Then I was like let relax and trust that it clean 😕😕😏😏only to notice that it was slippery

Beautiful stay
Pros:

The way the rooms are designed….like modern apartments-styled. The staff was excellent and the location is great. The restaurant is great as well, and they have reasonable prices.

Cons:

There was machinery-sound like through out the night which was a bit unpleasant. Also most of the modern hotels now have bar fridges as well as microwaves. We bought food in their restaurant and it was difficult to eat it later when it’s cold
