Smells Bad
Cons:

The entire hotel, corridors and rooms, smell very bad, a hint of cigarettes smell even though it's non smoking - we stayed 3 nights and my wife almost didn't sleep at all from the smell (we were in so many hotels in Japan, and had nothing close to this experience)

Todo. Hotel nuevo con buen desayuno y lindo cuarto.

Cons:

Que no haya una máquina de café en el desayuno. El café estaba en un termo.
Que no haya un estante o placard. Hace que pierdas mucho tiempo revolviendo tu valija.

Good location, great breakfast
Pros:

Great breakfast with both Japanese and western options. Easy check in and out, handling our baggage transfer without a problem. The view from the reception is exceptional. A short walk to the metro.

Cons:

Room is really small, but it is Tokyo...

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel in a quieter neighborhood.
Pros:

The location was great, loved having the Natural Lawson so close by and Ginza was just a few blocks away. loved the buffet breakfast every morning. The gateau was especially good.

Cons:

Tokyo Station was too far to walk with luggage, so needed a taxi
