We were only able to stay one night but this hotel would be one of the best we’ve ever stayed at! The views from the reception, our bedroom and the bathroom were exceptional! The room itself had everything you needed including an abundance of toiletries, a Refa hairdryer and some complimentary drinks in the fridge! The staff were also so lovely during each interaction.
Absolutely nothing!
Location is great, very close to Ginza. Staff were friendly. The main floor with reception got a great view which is very welcoming. However...
I trully can't believe people giving good reviews for this hotel. This place is way overdue for renovations.
Dirty, old, smelly carpets all over hotel. Lifts are shocking. Rooms are extremely small. Bathroom is below average. Some rooms are allowing smoking which effects whole hotel. Between 2 of us we only had 1 large and 2 small bags and no space to keep it in the room. There was no wardrobe in our initial room even for 1 person. I asked for an upgrade, I got an offer for a 'better option'. All it was is a better view from small window in bathroom of Tokyo tower and a tiny wardrobe. The room was still small and smelly.
Hotel is for smokers. I went to get a coffee. There is only 1 bar/cafe available to get a cofee. I could not stay there as people smoke inside of cafe with no windows. For me it was shocking. I could not even get a coffee!
So I decided to look for another hotel so my 10 years old daughter could enjoy her 1st visit to Japan. We were lucky to find very nice hotel close by for same day and stayed there for a week.
Room was of reasonable size & location near the airport limo bus stop was a bonus. Cleanliness was good except for one day on the 26 June'2026 where the rubbish was not cleared.
Clearing of the rubbish was not done on 26 June2026 where the cleaning staff did not clear out the take out food containers as well as the unwashed tea cups. We had to remove the rubbish ourselves. On the other days, the dustbin was cleared, including the washing of the cups. Room was stuffy when we first checked in which caused me to have sniffing nose.

Me gustó todo
The location is very good in Ginza, close to many shops, restaurants, and a train station. The hotel is a high-rise building with a beautiful view of Tokyo. The breakfast had a very good variety and great service.
We reserved a Superior Room with three beds, but the room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to move around, and we could not even fully unpack our luggage. We asked whether it would be possible to upgrade to a larger room and were willing to pay an additional fee, but unfortunately no larger rooms were available. As a result, our stay was less enjoyable than we had hoped. If you are traveling to Japan, I recommend checking the room size (square footage or square meters) carefully before booking a hotel, as room sizes can be much smaller than expected.
Her şeyini beğendim.
Lobiye yakın bir alan ya da bir oda da valizleri tartmak için alan lazım. Minik bir el tartısı veriyorlar. Her valizde belim koptu.
The staff and amenities were great!
Some areas in the room needed upkeep or replacement - like the bathroom tiles and the table top mirror. The rooms are quite small compared to others I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. The location is primarily in a financial area.
The hotel is very nice and all the staff is very kind. Rooms are very spacious
Great location. Clean and comfy.
Nothing.
La ubicación es buena, el personal muy amable y el desayuno también muy bueno.
La habitación es chica y no tiene placard donde acomodar la ropa. Salvo unas perchas para colgar, hay que dejar todo dentro de la valija, lo que resulta muy incómodo
