Cons:

There was a bad smell in the room.
The bed was not clean and the sheets were not changed during cleaning. My partner and I have acne.
There was also noise from both the upstairs and the hallway and it was very audible in the room. There was a disturbance from a couple at 5am and the hotel staff did not react so as not to disturb the other residents.
The plugs in Malta were UK style. We asked for a converter and they wanted to sell it to us first.

Pros:

Nice quiet location, pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool/bar area music was a little loud, repetitive bass sound. I guess trying to appeal to the younger customers? We appreciate all kinds of music but perhaps it could have been more varied.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, avec en prime un personnel très sympathique, surtout Riadh qui est au top avec les clients, il est plein de bons conseils pour nous renseigner et toujours à l’écoute en parlant en 7 langues différentes ! Une mention spéciale pour lui 👏🏻🤩

An ideal place to relax and a base for trips
Pros:

The room was neat and clean, perfectly equipped with a fridge, kettle, cups and glasses, hairdryer, towels, air conditioning, and a fan, with fresh linens provided daily. The biggest advantage is the 24-hour reception and the wonderful people who work there. We had the opportunity to meet Poohaiy (I probably misspelled her name), very helpful and always smiling, and Stefan, the night shift's super guy! The pool was an additional plus, perfect for cooling off when the sun was blazing. Parking is a big plus, though it might be a problem during peak season. The hotel is in a good location, close to cafes and Bugibba, and there's a bus stop nearby that takes you almost anywhere! It's a great experience.

Cons:

The pizza at the pool was the first time I've ever had a bad experience—it wasn't good, it wasn't bad, and I'm not picky. We didn't eat at the pool bar again because of that, and I think parking is limited during peak season. Despite this, the hotel makes up for it with its friendly staff.

The room is dirty, water leaks near the kitchen, we got a room like a prison even though it was for one day. The little red cockroaches sat down. Never worse experience, tv didn't work

Pros:

Bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa hotelu. Przy wymeldowaniu otrzymałyśmy kawę. Bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego i sklepu spożywczego.

Cons:

Niestety standardy czystości poniżej normy… dostałyśmy pokój w przyziemiu. Meble na tarasie były brudne. W pokoju śmierdziało wilgocią. Klimatyzacja nie działała. Ściany wymagają odmalowania - wszędzie plamy. Drzwi nieszczelne. Słychać było każdy odgłos z korytarza. Przechowalnia bagażu również pozostawiała sporo do życzenia. Następnym razem wolałabym dopłacić do hotelu o wyższym standardzie i czystości.
