A peaceful hotel with beautiful views, but the service and facilities fall short of luxury standards.
Pros:

Beautiful views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded by nature and offers a relaxing environment. The indoor heated pool was a nice feature, especially on cooler days. The food was fairly tasty, although not particularly memorable, and there was a reasonable variety of options.

Cons:

The hotel lacked the level of service and attention expected from a luxury property. Arriving late at night, guests are expected to find their accommodation block on their own and carry their own luggage without assistance. During a birthday stay, there was no recognition or small gesture from the hotel. Even a simple request for a birthday candle was refused due to hotel policy. The adults-only pool area was closed during our stay. There is very little entertainment available on-site, and many services come with additional charges, including premium sunbeds. The nearest shops are quite far away, making it inconvenient without a car. Smoking was also allowed around the pool area, which affected the overall experience.

La ubicación es Espectacular, un hotel de relax total, el desayuno sobresaliente muy buena calidad, la limpieza inmejorable y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas Y un excelente servicio el de recepción, la atención personal con trato muy profesional .Volveremos sin dudarlo

És un complexe gran i amb bones instal·lacions. El personal és molt amable i la benvinguda amb champagne ja et fa sentir que l’experiència en aquest hotel serà magnífica. L’esmorzar és variat i molt bò.
El llit i els coixins són molt còmodes i l’habitació està molt ben decorada. La piscina és molt bonica.

Like the hotel overall. Staff amazing in reception, pool not so much.
The main thing that really annoyed me was the adult pool was closed again!! This is mid June and 29*c why is it closed??
Main pool full of screaming kids!
We went to the beach for peace!

Nie wieder!!!!!!!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut
Die Betten sind sehr bequem

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen
Der Adults only Pool war komplett geschlossen
Der andere Pool war ständig gesperrt wegen Reinigungsarbeiten
Die Poolbar schließt um 18 Uhr und dann ist im Hotel absolut nichts mehr geboten und totenstille
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfassbar unmotiviert und einige sogar sehr ungepflegt
Das Frühstückspaket für Checkout Gäste die vor dem Frühstück schon heim fliegen ist eine absolute Frechheit für ein 5 Sterne Hotel!!! Ein Stück alter abgepackter Kastenkuchen ein paar Nüsse und ein kleiner Orangensaft!
Wo dieses Hotel die 5 Sterne her hat ist mir ein Rätsel!!!

Hotel generalnie jest bardzo w porządku, ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny- o ile traktujesz hotel jako miejsce do spania podczas urlopu, a nie spędzania tu całego dnia. Otoczenie hotelu jest bardzo zadbane, estetyczne. Śniadanie w porządku, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Porządna suszarka do włosów i parownica do ubrań (choć już trochę zdezelowana).

Cons:

Jeśli planujesz spędzić tu całe dnie przygotuj duży zapas gotówki, monetyzacja na każdym kroku. Po wejściu do pokoju czekał na nas zaduch ostrej chemii, musieliśmy długo wietrzyć pokój. Mieliśmy problem z cieknącą klimatyzacją, zostało to naprawione następnego dnia, jednak wtedy w pokoju unosił się tylko nieznośny zapach świeżej farby. Nie zaproponowano nam przeniesienia do innego pokoju. Z resztą jakieś usterki to chyba standard, pan z obsługi chodził ciągle z silikonem w ręce. Darmowa woda w pokoju tylko dla gości z członkostwem w klubie. Brak szczotki do WC. Jest to niezły hotel, ale na pewno nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Średnia półka, ale w tej cenie nie wypada najgorzej na tle innych na Majorce.
