Cons:

Service abends komplett überfordert. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt. Eine Bestellung aufzugeben dauert zu lange

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - vor allem auch durch die Vorsaison.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr vielfältig. Angenehme Poollandschaft mit schön gepflegtem Rasen. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Großes Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen/Terassen. Badewanne im Badezimmer. Gut funktionierende Klima (auch als Heizung). Angenehme Betten - auch im Zusatzbett konnten wir (ausgewachsenen) gut schlafen.

Cons:

Wir kamen um 22:30h an ... da gab es nur noch Essen aus dem Automaten. Es wäre schön, wenn das Zimmer kurz vor dem Einzug nochmals vom Personal kontrolliert werden könnte - aufgrund der einzelnen Gebäude auch in Bodennähe wäre die eine (einzige) große Schabe erkannt worden, die sich durch offensichtlich durch das Fenster im WC Zugang verschafft hatte. Das Zimmer war sonst aber sehr sauber und wir hatten danach keine Probleme mehr mit Insekten im Zimmer.

Séjours anniversaire 🥰
Pros:

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le buffet petit déjeuner était juste à couper le souffle. Nous avons passer un moment inoubliable chez Hilton.
Je recommande et j'y retournerai volontier.
Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir été au petit soin et très professionnelle.🤩🤩🥰

Cons:

Dans notre suite tout était parfait, juste la baignoire n'était pas assez pratique. À la place ça serait idéal une douche à l'italienne. 🙂

Cons:

Pas assez d’informations sur les activités. Pas grand monde ne parle français. Les deux restaurants. Ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas super .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich Essen war okay jeden Tag das selbe keine Abwechslung

Cons:

Ist Total vom Schuß ohne Auto ist man auf tägliche Taxifahrten angewiesen
45minuten zur Zivilisation, kein Shop vor Ort für mal ein Wasser oder Zeitung (im Hotel gibt es nur Wasser aus der Dose um 4,50)
und 2 x am tag 10 und 17h fährt ein 7sitziger Shuttel Bus für ein riesen Hotel

Das Superia Zimmer war eine Frechheit im Bad konnte man sich nicht umdrehen ohne wo anzustreifen, wenn man aus der winzigen Dusche möchte muss man am WC vorbei klettern aus der Dusch kam kaum Wasser und warm schon garnicht wir mussten im SPA duschen da war perfekter Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser. So ein kleines Zimmer hatte ich noch nie nicht mal in London was bekannt fafür wäre. Die Liegen schmutzig die Poolleiter rostig und wackelig, die Fließen auf der Soinnenterrasse voll Vogelkacke, der Putz fällt von den Wänden als
5 Sterne war nur der Name das Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne verdient. Beim Einchecken wurde trotz Hinterlegter Kreditkarte ein Depot verlangt obwohl das Hotel + Halbpension l bereits vor ab bezahlt war. Und jede extra Konsumation extra auf der Kreditkarte sofort eingebucht wurde.

Pros:

La douche ne marchait pas très bien (chambre 1719), peu de pression et difficile de régler l'eau chaude. Les lits semblaient confortables au début mais le matin nous avions mal au dos.
Pour le reste nous avons été ravis, l'hôtel est magnifique et le personnel très agréable.

Nice location for a 3 day stay, beautiful views
Pros:

Spacy, calm, green and with great view. Free parking available. Convenient for traveling to Palma and to Tramuntana.

Cons:

The coffee in the rooms was not a good quality. There was no drinking water or tee in the spa area.
