I felt like a hostage at the hotel. Very little to do there but unable to get a taxi to Paguera or Palma. Over-priced st
Pros:

The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful

Cons:

The location. Don’t stay here unless you hire a car. There’s a 45 min wait for taxis - if you’re lucky enough to get one.

Good stay but will not be coming back
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, ample parking.

Cons:

Property is Ok, but does not feel like a 5 star Hilton hotel - maybe a bit too outdated. The main pool is small. Huge distance between reception and premium room. Stairs to premium rooms which is a hassle especially with luggage. Limited/not very good dining options. Breakfast buffet is not a 5 star hotel quality - had a canteen feel to it, with limited food options.

Desde cuando no hay room service en los hoteles de 5 estrellas?? Desde cuando no hay valet parking? Desde cuando no hay botones para ayudarte con los equipajes? Desde cuando cierran los restaurantes a mediodía? Desde cuando la comida de los bares de las piscinas es precocinada y tienes que ir tu a buscarla a la nevera?? Desde cuando el servicio de limpieza de un hotel de 5 estrellas deja UNA SEMANA ,una camiseta en un sofa y unos calcetines en una alfombra sin ni moverlos, y por supuesto sin li.piar debajo....

La ultima vez que se me ocurre alojarme en este hotel, y la proxima vez que mire un Hilton, lo voy a analizar muy mucho antes de reservar.

Beautiful & comfortable stay with great pools
Pros:

Amazing rooms so comfortable & spacious, incredible pool and staff were so helpful!

Cons:

Breakfast is okay but would of expected a little bit more for price & Hilton branding, I found it to be pretty limited

Hotel mal gestionado
Pros:

El aire acondicionado y el buffet de desayuno con alimentos de calidad.

Cons:

El hotel no está a la altura de las cinco estrellas.

Al llegar; nadie te recibe ni te atiende con las maletas. Sin personal.

Aunque la habitación esté reformada, la limpieza es pésima, nosotros encontramos una bolsa de patatas abierta debajo de la cama (de los antiguos clientes). No había gel, llamamos durante los dos días y nadie nos trajo gel. Nos duchamos con champú. El olor del armario era inaguantable (como si alguien hubiera guardado algo en mal estado). La comida de las piscinas como si se tratara de un take away de mala calidad, todo frito, rápido y para estar en Mallorca, no había un plato de gastronomía mediterránea con producto fresco.


Una pena, nos fuimos antes de que nuestra estancia acabara. Perdimos una noche.

Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hilton und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bett war unglaublich bequem – wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Das gesamte Hotel war gepflegt und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen.

Wir hatten Halbpension und das Abendessen hat uns geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend gefallen. Besonders das Salatbuffet war frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Lediglich bei der Auswahl der Hauptspeisen hätten wir uns etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht – gerade in einem Hotel am Meer wären verschiedene Fischgerichte schön gewesen. Auch ein Steak oder mehr Hühnergerichte hätten das Angebot perfekt ergänzt.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den gelungenen Urlaub!
