A little dirty
Very clean and great location right off the highway.

For something as crazy as the World Cup, the staff handled the heavy traffic excellently. Our room was great with easy access to the stadium.
Bed was extremely comfortable, and the whole facility is relaxing, but the problem with the management.
Floor managers were disrespectful, manipulative, unprofessional and dishonest.
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. Staff provided contradictory information, initially claimed that my disabled brother's belongings and essential medication could not be found, then later admitted they had them but refused to return them unless additional payment was made. This occurred during a prolonged power outage with no air conditioning and after a night of constant alarm disturbances. The entire situation created unnecessary stress, health concerns, and a deeply troubling impression of how disabled guests are treated.

Everything about it. Location was directly next door to the aquarium. The bed (mattress) was amazing. Better than the one I have at home.
Didn't like that there was no hand held shower head. The hot tub was constantly packed.

The environment was great from the time we got there until the time we left , everyone was so nice 😊 I asked for a great view of the city and they upgraded us to the penthouse so that was great and we went to the Georgia Aquarium that was also a great experience 10/10 Great mini vacation for my husband and I
