Pros:

Pretty clean , I got good parking and was able to get a room in the floor I wanted! Great customer service.

Customer service was okay.Decent came down here before

Cons:

I didn't like the fact it was supposed to come with complimentary breakfast and it didn't, the refrigerator was unplugged? And all the water was on the carpet and it made a loud noise. So it made the apartment stink as well. People, the AC wasn't working good. So it was a hot sleep.
I only got 2 towels to take a shower? When I had 4 people.

Overpriced without functional amenities.
Cons:

Pool was closed for entire stay. Breakfast was additional fee and overpriced. Wifi was not included since we booked thru 3rd party and not the property directly. Similarly priced hotels include all of those things. Nickle and diming your customers when your amenities arent even functional is terrible business practice.

Great staycation place
Pros:

The AC was super cold which was great! We had a pool view room-Nice! The location is good as it is not on the actual access road so you don't hear the highway/car noise. There was a small, full bar and restaurant. It would be nice if the property would consider keeping the pool open till 10-11 pm on the weekends (Fri-Sat) and the bar open until that time as well! Everything there was great! We had breakfast there too. The breakfast sandwich was filling, reasonably priced, and actually tasted good! No complaints from us! We will stay there again!
