We won’t book again and checked out early.
Pros:

The beds & pillows were very comfortable.
Room aircon worked well.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was warm.
The shower pressure was low.
The restaurant food was basic and ordinary.
We ordered room service and it was inedible, cold and looked 3 days old.
The breakfast was in the package, one morning we had
the Eggs Benedict it was ordinary. Avocado toast, avocado wasn’t ripe and toast was soggy.
No buffet breakfast like most resorts in Nusa Dua and a basic menu with high hotel tax.
We don’t mind paying if it’s decent quality.

Good though rooms need more sound proofing.

Great staff, great pool, great food.

Cons:

Very noisy towards the main road towards the front of the resort.

I was moved to a second room located then near the kitchen area and that was very noisy also. For $150 AUD per night I’m kinda looking for some quiet, apart from that everything else was nice.

Pros:

Соотношение цена-качество.
Стоимость номера неоправданно завышена. Но вид на океан на означает, что можно забить на сервис. Номер люкс не совсем соответствует заявленному уровню, не самый новый номер, сантехника плохо работала. Персонал не обратил внимания на мой день рождения, не было предоставлено никаких бенефитов.

Отель большой, много гостей, в общей зоне бассейна очень шумно. Плюс номера люкс, что есть отдельное джакузи, где можно «спрятаться».

Вид на океан чудесный. Но мы приехали во время отлива и немного испугались. Но к ночи море «вернулось».

Расположение в целом удобное, рядом много магазинов, кафе, а также хороший обменник.

Ресторан при отеле неоправданно дорогой. Вкус посредственный, а цены выше, чем в России. Сели за стол в «первой линии», а нам тут же подошли уведомить, что это место стоит «миллион» (рупий). Вечер пребывания там скрасили только музыканты. Невероятный голос у местной исполнительницы. Просто чудесно исполненные каверы!

На завтраке обслуживание очень долгое. Завтрак перетек в обед ))

День рождения хотелось встретить особенно, а в итоге - неоправданные ожидания.
