Pros:

Hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain et on nous donne comme solution de prendre la douche dans l'espace détente en bloquant la porte pour éviter que des personnes viennent...

Pros:

Our stay at Le 12 Hotel was fabulous. The staff are warm and were helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, and featured all the amenities we needed. The location made exploring the area incredibly easy. There are several metro station close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

On peut dire que j'ai tout aimé l'emplacement, le confort mais je dirais que le service et le personnel sont tout a fait exceptionnel. D'une gentillesse, d'une écoute, des petits attentions ... on croirait faire partie de la famille.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais c'est Paris alors on fait avec !
La penderie est très bien aménagé mais pas très grandes.
En revanche, le sèche cheveux est insuffisant , il est peu efficace.

Great location , right next to saint Lazare Train Station . Comfy beds , GREAT Breakfast, shout out to Matthew and Susan , Extremely Friendly and Helpful

No vale lo que pagas. Por ese precio, hay hoteles mucho mejores.
Pros:

El hotel tenía los servicios que se supone que incluía pero la realidad es que pagar casi 500 euros la noche, es para tener, al menos, un ascensor que no esté roto y que la habitación no sea una caja de cerillas.
Tampoco había plancha de ropa en la habitación, era un servicio de pago.

Cons:

La habitación era enana. Incluso el pasillo, sin sitio para las maletas y bastante agobiante. Cuando sales al pasillo, además te tropiezas con los carros de la limpieza.

Small rooms but nice
Pros:

Rooms are very small but you can schedule a 45 minute session in the sauna which has a nice roomy shower. The staff is very friendly and I appreciated the room being serviced each day. There was a lot of construction noise which was distracting at times and we did not have a nice view in room 405. There is a small market across the street which was convenient. I’m not sure if I could’ve paid for an upgrade but maybe next time. Also there were bath robes in the sauna a big plus.
