Pros:

What started as a very stressful evening turned into a wonderful surprise. Our Eurostar train was cancelled at the last minute, and we had to find a hotel late at night. Thankfully, we found this hotel on Booking.com, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made all the difference. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate, turning our frustration into relief.

The hotel is perfectly located in the 8th arrondissement. Our room was spotless, with a stylish, modern design that we really appreciated. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early the next morning, so we didn’t get to enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked. However, we did have the pleasure of enjoying our morning coffee on the lovely balcony before heading off.

We truly wish we could have stayed longer. The next time we’re in Paris, we’ll definitely be booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Eine schöne Zeit am richtigen Ort
Pros:

Top Lage! Sehr ruhiges Hotelzimmer, gutes Frühstück und sehr angenehmes Personal.
Die Suite ganz oben bittet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt und Eiffel Turm. Der Bahnhof Gare Saint Lazare ist auf jeden Fall sehr praktisch.

Pros:

Nous avons passé deux jours extraordinaires dans cet établissement. Tout était parfait, l'accueil, la chambre, l'emplacement, la vue, ...
La suite au 6ème étage est exceptionnelle et la vue sur la tour effeil magnifique.

Le 12 Hotel
Pros:

Our stay at Le 12 Hotel was fabulous. The staff are warm and were helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, and featured all the amenities we needed. The location made exploring the area incredibly easy. There are several metro station close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

On peut dire que j'ai tout aimé l'emplacement, le confort mais je dirais que le service et le personnel sont tout a fait exceptionnel. D'une gentillesse, d'une écoute, des petits attentions ... on croirait faire partie de la famille.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais c'est Paris alors on fait avec !
La penderie est très bien aménagé mais pas très grandes.
En revanche, le sèche cheveux est insuffisant , il est peu efficace.
