En general, el trato del personal deja mucho que desear, caras largas y muy secos. A excepción de un par de camareros, los animadores y una recepcionista que fueron muy amables. Es una pena que no traten al cliente mejor

Estuvo bien sin ser espectacular.
Pros:

La piscina, el equipo de animación, la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal, la comida.

Cons:

El césped de la zona de la piscina olía mal, en la zona de la piscina había un toldo de tela de saco de los que se usan para agricultura, oxidación en la cadena del tapón de la bañera, en algunas zonas de la fachada el hotel necesita una mano de pintura, el párking debería ser cubierto para los coches.

La ubicación,el personal,las instalaciones,el ambiente y la tranquilidad en las habitaciones

La puerta de la habitación que cerraba horrible,la entrada al jacuzzi ,la mampara estaba en el lado opuesto,la tardanza de lo ascensores,el caos que se genera en algunos momentos en el comedor y los 2 últimos días apagabas la tele y se volvía a encender desenchufada se quedo

En general el hotel a pesar de ser antiguo, es cómodo. Tienes todo lo que necesitas dentro

En primer lugar, nosotros fuimos con todo incluido. Y obviamente me esperaba tener preferencia respecto a algo, por ejemplo en el comedor a ciertas horas para entrar se forma mucha cola, que la gente que pagamos el doble podamos entrar antes, o que incluso podamos disponer de hamacas en la piscina, sin tener que bajar a las 7:00 de la mañana poner la toalla, estos son solo ejemplos.
Respecto a la comida, me hubiera gustado porque a pesar de que hay variedad, pero me hubiera gustado que se hubiera adaptado más a comidas infantiles, es decir, platos, consistentes para los niños.

Buena estancia, pero con mejoras a realizar.

La cercanía a la playa, la comida está muy bien, la habitación es cómoda.

Cons:

No hay mucha variedad de fruta, no hay yogures. Los ascensores y pasillos del hotel no están climatizados, hace mucho calor y el ascensor llega a ser muy agobiante por el calor.
