Le garage ! Avec ascenseur 😱mais comme c'est la seconde année, maintenant avec les yeux fermés je monte et descend le véhicule 😁

Hôtel ayant besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement, les matelas étaient défoncés , équipement de la salle de sport en panne, pagaille sur le service du petit déjeuner le dimanche, pas d’aération dans la douche odeur de moisi, cet hôtel a mal vieilli et peu de rafraîchissement depuis son ouverture il y a des années

Great location and beautiful view. We got a complimentary upgrade when checking in. Room was spacious and beds comfortable.
The staff were friendly especially Laura at breakfast. The checkin staff were doing their best. The location was excellent and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. The room itself was fine but the hotel needs some general upkeep.
The air conditioning in the room was horrible and barely strong enough. It seemed to need a new filter and it turned off every time we left the room or in the middle of the night. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for our entire stay. It's the main reason I would choose to stay somewhere else. Our room was also missing a phone so we could not call housekeeping for more towels or the front desk. We mentioned this to the staff and nothing was done about it. We had to keep going downstairs to ask for things. The elevators were always extremely slow as well. The property needs to invest in better maintenance.
Good location
We had a late checkin where they made us wait an additional 45min. When we finally entered our room, the cleaning was done poorly where we could see dust and hair on the floor. The rooftop pool is a lot smaller than what the pictures make it look like.

Fantastic location, comfortable, well appointed, spacious rooms and lovely big beds. Staff are friendly and professional. Love the sky bar which has wonderful views across the town and out to sea.
There are only two lifts and they are very small. During our stay one was out of action and as there was a baby/toddler parenting weekend, getting a lift was really tricky as one pushchair and the lift was full which often meant a lengthy wait - quite an inconvenience when going out. The problem was not fixed during our stay.
