Pros:

Camera molto basica ma non mancava nulla (se non lo spazzolone del wc). Forse serve qualche armadietto per poggiare i vestiti anziché tenerli sulla sedia. Per il resto la camera era pulita, asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni, bagno nuovo con doccia grande e comoda. La posizione ottima, a pochi metri dalla metro. Staff gentile. Comodo il servizio locker per lasciare i bagagli (al costo di 2 euro).

Cons:

La porta del bagno non ha la chiave, è in vetro, e col peso della stessa si apre. Quindi se viaggiate con qualcuno con cui non avete tanta intimità è un pò scomoda. Ma basta poggiare una scarpa per tenerla chiusa.

Es un hotel modesto, pero que satisface las expectativas. Tuve que viajar por trabajo y todos los alojamientos en la ciudad estaban carísimos. Encontré este hotel con una relación calidad -precio más o menos razonable (en el contexto general). Y muy buena ubicación. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia y era agradable, cumplía su función. Era interior y era tranquila. Si hablaban alto en las habitaciones de al lado, se oía, pero por suerte enseguida se callaron y, en cualquier caso, hace mucho tiempo que siempre viajo con tapones para los oídos en la maleta. El desayuno estaba bien, había bastante variedad y productos frescos: pan, fruta, bollería. Hay unas taquillas para dejar la maleta que cuestan 2 euros, pero al menos sabes que están bien custodiadas.

innen Ausstattung und das ganze Gebäude ist sehr simple, man sogar kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer

La ubicacion es buena y tranquila. Hay una estacion de metro cerca.
Estaba limpio

Cons:

Es muy basico, habitaciones pequeñas (no apto para ir con maletas grandes) no hay espacios de coworking. El hotel no ofrece ningun servicio adicional ni espacios para quedarse alli. Es un hotel para ir a dormir y estar todo el dia afuera.

Enjoyable stay in BCN Urbaness Hotels Del Comte
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at BCN Urbaness Hotels Del Comte. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. A special thank you to Javi at the Front Desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
