Pros:

Hotel rénové, personnel au top. Cuisine de bonne qualité et variée. Hotel calme. 2 piscines, rooftop avec bar et jacuzzi. Emplacement central.

La ubicación muy buena, las instalaciones renovadas y preciosas. El personal es muy atento y agradable. Elegimos media pensión y la comida del buffet genial, por la noche las hacían temáticas

La comida excelente. A la piscina climatizada le falta unos graditos más de climatización (la otra piscina sin climatizar no la probé). El personal muy agradable. El Hotel reformado, las habitaciones están muy bien.

Good, fair and comfortable.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and the kinds with the sea view, it was great. The buffet for meals has lots of options.

Cons:

Th WiFi in my room was bad, but not all the rooms might be the same. The information about the half board was not fully disclosed since I was not informed beforehand that drinks were not included in the half board which, for the price you pay, it’s not a good thing.

Super lokalizacja i świeżo wyremontowane pokoje. Piękny widok z okna na Teide

Cons:

Słabe wyciszenie pokoju, było słychać każdą rozmowę na korytarzu. Szpara w drzwiach wpuszczała dużo światła do pokoju w nocy. Brak żelazka w pokoju. Dodatkowa opłata za sejf.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель,, советую полупансион, ужины разнообразные и всё очень вкусно, были даже тематические блюда. Мы с мужем в восторге, приятный персонал.
Ооочень удобная кровать и подушки

Cons:

Единственный момент - не предупредили что напитки за ужином необходимо покупать, не было даже обычной воды на столах.
Чайник с чашками пришлось попросить дополнительно, потому как в номере не было, но нам быстро их принесли под запрос.
В остальном всё ок 👍😊
