Für uns hat es gut gepasst.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz da wir ein Leihauto haben ist es nicht so einfach ein Hotel mit Parkplatz zu finden

Cons:

Es gab zwei Pools der eine ist direkt vom Frühstücksraum ist daher in der Früh nicht zu nutzen und der andere ist erst ab 11:00 Uhr geöffnet. Das war etwas lästig

Magnifique chambre récemment rénovée. Avons bien apprécié la terrasse. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture devant l’hôtel (ce n’est peut-être pas toujours possible selon l’affluence). Buffet petit-déjeuner bien fourni.

Cons:

Rien. Il serait peut-être appréciable d’avoir quelques crochets supplémentaires pour les linges dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De locatie was gunstig gelegen. Het ontbijt, lunch en diner was uitstekend! Iedere dag goede schoonmaak en alles was keurig schoon.
Het hotel is rustig gelegen

No te arrepentirás de haberlo elegido.
Pros:

Servicio buffet desayuno excelente, muy variado y de calidad extrema. Personal muy amable y atento. Limpieza excepcional tanto de la habitación como de zonas comunes. Las vistas y la tranquilidad que se respira no tiene precio. La decoración de las habitaciones sublime, camas y almohadas comodísimas y una ducha que te recarga cada día.

Cons:

L'esmorzar ha sigut espectacular. Molt complert
L'entorn molt bonic.
Des del passeig, una mica de pujada al tornar cap a l'hotel i costava una mica. Però poquet a poquet anavem arribant

Excelente, recomendable,pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.
Pros:

Me gustaron las vistas increíbles a Puerto de la Cruz y al teide que tenia desde la terraza de la azotea, ademas de su jacuzzi

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto es que no tenia nada de animación y no habia ninguna zona común de tv para poder ver algún evento deportivo .

Good for kids but leaves a lot to be desired for adults
Pros:

Well situated hotel, very child friendly and newly upgraded. However, there are no shelves or drawers in the bedrooms, only a small towel rail in the bathroom and they ask you to reuse towels each day but nowhere to hang them to dry. No toiletries or shower cap except soap and a shower gel, kettle provided but no tea, coffee or milk. Fridge but nothing in it. Masses of food choices, meals all buffet style. A very beige hotel!

Hotel agradable, céntrico, familiar, buena comida y servicio excelente
Pros:

El hotel está en curso de renovación pero todos los espacios comunes que utilizamos están perfectos. Los servicios de restauración no pueden ser mejores y el personal es agradable y muy amable.

Cons:

Quizás hubiéramos estado mas tiempo en la piscina pero el socorriste entraba a las 11:00h se iba a las 19:00h. De todos modos, puedes hacer uso de los yacuzzis de la azotea después de esa hora aunque no permitan niños.

Perfecto para familias!
Pros:

Su piscina infiniti, el parque splash, el desayuno y su personal. Nos trataron muy bien, en especial un chico en el rooftop que prepara unos cocktails de espanto! Gracias!

Cons:

Yo sugeriría extender algo mas el horario de uso de la piscina.

Cons:

I understood that the hotel offers parking, but there are only a few spaces in front of the hotel. Street parking was never available during my stay, as it was always full, so I had to use a nearby parking garage, which costs €20 per day.

Average but mainly due to room allocation
Pros:

Nice hotel relatively close to the beach. However not great for people with walking disability. Positioned on a hill with either approximately 200 steps or a steep hill to negotiate. Breakfast was good but dinner disappointing. One main bug bear was the location of our room. We were allocated a room below reception. The corridor was dark and dingy, not appealing at all. The room itself was large and clean, no balcony and due to the fact that you looked out on scrub land, you were unable to leave the window open or you were inundated with bugs. Request an upgrade if allocated these rooms. Otherwise our friends room on the 6th floor was good. We found some of the reception staff difficult to deal with, otherwise other staff were very nice. I would rate this hotel as average.
