Staff at reception were lovely and very patient. Breakfast is okey.
The rooms were not very nice in terms of cleanliness. Looking back I should have taken pictures but there were stains on the carpet of what looked like coffee or tea. After sleeping on the bed for 2 nights I got home and had rashes all over me. Upon having an appointment with my doctor he told me it was scabies (which he said it was most likely from sleeping in an unclean hotel bed). I’ve slept in hotel rooms before (plenty) and never got anything like this but it happened at this hotel. I never have skin problems but skin looks HORRENDOUS at the moment and super itchy and I’m quite devastated by it. Room servicing was very POOR, bathroom wasn’t clean either. The breakfast hot food was cold and just sad looking to be honest. It looked like they just re-heated the food from the day before. For the price we paid for the rooms I am quite disappointed to be honest. Housekeeping managers seriously need to take a look into the bedding and check that they are sanitized thoroughly.

Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, bathroom is dated and needs a refurb. The grounds were very nice and clean. The playground was very good, clean and safe.
Very noisy hotel, we stayed on the 3rd floor and other residents were continuously running up and down the corridor banging on our door and other guests up until about 12 at night so no peace and quiet. We contacted reception and they did send up security and it did get a bit quieter but in general the guests staying there the night we did had no regard for any other guests and were continuously in the corridors shouting to there buddies in other rooms. The doors don’t appear to have any acoustic seals. Terrible night sleep between the noise and the extremely uncomfortable bed. We were travelling with our toddler so we got room service and the food we received was horrendous definitely not what you would expect in a hotel or anywhere your paying for food. The fish & chips were horrendous straight out of a packet or could have been cooked much earlier and heated in the microwave really hard to tell. The creamy mash potato was pretty solid as in we would have tried it if we had of had a hammer and chisel. We asked what the soup of the day was and we were told vegetable and we received tomato soup, which was identical in taste to that sauce that spaghetti hoops have in the tin. The breakfast was just ok ish so we think the bar for the quality of food is set pretty low.
