The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, and the hotel is beautifully located right on the lake. The spa was very relaxing and a real treat. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The food at dinner was also of a very high standard. Although there is no air conditioning, it was nice to have the option of getting a ventilator, which was very helpful on hot days.

Cons:

Dinner was a little expensive, and the main courses were relatively small in portion size. Unfortunately, the service during dinner was not as friendly or welcoming as we would have expected.

Nice hotel with beautiful view of the lake. Should be modernized.
Pros:

The view from the hotel was very good. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The bed in the room was vary spacious and the shower and bad were nice and hot.
The parking garage has 4 spots for electric vehicle loading, which is a nice modern plus.

Cons:

The pillows weren't very firm and the room had no air-conditioning nor ventilators.
The personal at the restaurant were not very client friendly, when the breakfast finishes, you cannot enjoy your coffee on the terrace.

Beautiful location. Calm, peaceful, and comfortable.
Pros:

The facility was beautiful. Great spa, great pool, great grounds. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The cake and coffee hour was a very nice bonus. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and it was delicious.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off during the evening on our stay and we had to evacuate. It was a false alarm so that wasn't a great experience. Probably doesn't happen very often though. Considering it a fluke.

Prijs/kwaliteit niet ok
Pros:

Spa faciliteiten zijn zeker in orde. Personeel is vriendelijk. Hebben een massage gedaan en is zeker een aanrader. Er was een koelkast en koffiemachine aanwezig op de kamer.

Cons:

Voor een prijs van € 277/dag is een extra parkeertoeslag van € 17 per nacht absoluut onacceptabel. Hoewel wij er geen probleem mee hebben dat honden welkom zijn, ligt er op de kamers en in de gangen tapijt. Hierdoor rook onze kamer sterk naar honden, wat niet echt hygiënisch aanvoelt. Het hotel zou beter een strikt onderscheid maken tussen kamers voor gasten met én zonder honden.

De door ons geboekte kamer zou volgens de beschrijving beschikken over een open balkon met uitzicht op de bergen, de tuin en het zwembad. In de praktijk keken we enkel uit op de bergen en een plat dak. Bovendien was het terras dichtgemaakt, waardoor je zittend op een stoel helemaal niets zag. Het hotel blijkt drie van dit soort kamers te hebben, waarvoor dezelfde prijs wordt gevraagd als voor de kamers mét een goed, open balkon. Erg jammer dat juist wij deze kamer toegewezen kregen.

​Daarnaast is de check-in pas om 15:00 uur. Kom je eerder aan en wil je alvast gebruikmaken van de faciliteiten, dan betaal je een absurde toeslag van € 20 p.p. Hierdoor mis je ook de gratis koffie met gebak die tussen 14:00 en 15:00 uur wordt geserveerd. Vergeleken met andere hotels die wij hebben geboekt, is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding hier ver te zoeken.

إقامة رائعة، أعجبني الفندق من جميع النواحي. الغرفة جميلة ومريحة، والبلكونة بإطلالة مباشرة وساحرة على البحيرة. الفطور ممتاز، وخدمة الطعام في الغرفة رائعة. تعامل موظفي الاستقبال كان جميلًا جدًا، طلبت غلاية وتم توفيرها لي مع الأكواب والشاي بكل لطف. كما أن المواقف متوفرة برسوم أسفل الفندق مباشرة، تجربة جميلة وأتمنى العودة إليه مرة أخرى.
