Lage zur Altstadt und Markt 5 min zu Fuß
Gute Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt.
Die Klimaanlage ist ungünstig angebracht und laut. bei offenem Fenster ist es sehr laut von der Strasse her.

The hotel location is very convenient , people working in the kitchen and breakfast room are very good , hard working people and very polite to the guests, I give them a five star
Me and my wife both ages are above 78 , specially my wife felt so weak and sick after long haul from Vilnius to Riga by lux express, as usual she sitting in the chair, I handed over two passports to the man ( around 5:00pm , he is the only one person in the office) not like the other hotel personnel, he insisted ask my wife to the table, said that need verify the face with passport!!! Looks like he is an immigration officer!!! By many years travel experience, me , I am only one person always complete the check in process, no one ask me and my wife together. Totally not necessary!!! Let me ask you , if the group of thirty people , does it need verification of all thirty people’s faces? I think he had something in his mind!
Cleaning, good location, atypical room layout.
The administration did not warn that bottled water would be available in the room. I bought an extra bottle of water from the administrator, even though it was available in the room.

Кровать удобная .
На рецепшн взяли депозит 30 евро за мини-бар. Мини-бар в нашем номере (519)был пуст и не работал . Так как нам только переночевать , то мы не стали на рецепшн об этом говорить .
Вид с окна - разруха .
Депозит так и не вернули 🤷♂️. Я так понимаю , это схема немного подзаработать .
Большая гостиница , а парковка не понятная и 20 евро в сутки .
На рецепшн некоторые работники с видом ,, как вы меня все достали ,,
С улицы слышно шум транспорта .
