There is no on-site parking at the hotel, we recommend QPARK on Parnell Street, Loftus Lane, just 5-7 minute’s walk away.

Front desk staff are useless if they are even there.
Cons:

The lack of parking is bad but the lack of help by the staff is even worse. We had to drag our luggage for many blocks and the staff did not care. This is a service industry? Right? So sad. I will never use this hotel brand again.
