Transportation was close. Had a bar and restaraunt on site. Overall. Great place.
Wasn’t too much around the area. Had to take public transit to even just eat outside of the hotel.
The property was central to all tourist sites within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful. “The family room beds are by far the most comfortable in all of Europe”.
Having a free airport shuttle would have been nice

Breakfast and location ok
Room was small and cramped for a week's stay. Not enough drawer space. It would be adequate for a couple of nights but we had booked in for a week.
The bed was comfortable but the duvet was too heavy.
We would like to have eaten in the restaurant a couple of nights but the menu had little appeal. We ate out every night.
It was fairly cheap for Dublin. Walk to city centre was long. However was in walking distance for the second day trip I had planned. The room size was decent and room was clean.
On arrival my bus was late and I had limited time to leave my bags the staff didnt seem to care when i told them I was in a rush they kept asking me what I was saying didnt seem to understand what I was saying even though I speak clear english. They kept saying that they had to check if I actually had a booking here which come across very rude. Hotel was cheapest I found which puts it quite far from city centre about half an hour walk from city centre and back each way so keep that in mind when booking. The hallway is like a maze from lifts was right at the back of hotel and the toilet was a nightmare button was so stiff barley flushed. Lastly, they would lock entrance doors to hotel which obvs for safety but a bit of a nightmare keycard normally at bottom of bag was a nightmare when coming back to hotel at night when dark. There was one time I had to let a family through door to check in as i doubt staff would. You also have to use keycard to even use the lifts.

Dirty pillow case on one bed. Noise from the street. Carpet looked far from clean. Very bare bones room for the price. Expected more for more than $400CAD per night.
