The staff were very nice and helpful and I could tell the property was well looked after. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Technology is a little behind- we would like to be able to cast from our phone.

Book it! Great value and GREAT room
Pros:

Awesome size room, very comfy beds and sizable bathroom! We enjoyed our stop here on our way home from the Keys back to KY very much. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the coffee was great. Staff very helpful and very nice

Cons:

Parking is very tight and they need more spaces! We were near an elevator and it sounded like thunder during the night, but not really a problem. Just like a thunderstorm.

Disappointing
Pros:

I requested early check in at 10:30 and received email confirmation that it was approved. When we arrived, we were told that they wouldn’t honor my request so we had to wait to check in. Very inconvenient since we needed to change clothes

Cons:

Both manager and enter clerk were not helpful in resolving this. I’m sure the the hotel wasn’t fully booked so it couldn’t have been a problem
