The lady working the front desk was so friendly and funny! We stayed in a suite plenty of room with 4 adults. Also, the kitchen had a dishwasher in it! Bathroom was fully stocked! Even had large bottles of Bath wash, shampoo and conditioner! The price was also great with so many amenities! We'll definitely be back because we just became season ticket holders at Fiesta Six Flags/Hurricane Habor from Houston. Wish I had gotten the lady at front desk name. 😞

That the pool hours weren't open until 11pm

It was just nice just needed water.

EVERYTHING FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST LADY TO THE CLEANING CREW!!!!! Always a great stay!!!

Cons:

We NEVER have a problem this is our to go place. BUIUUT this time unfortunately there was NO water to shower or flush. Also if the property can announce it before we decide to stay!!!!

One day would give it another try but not anytime soon
Pros:

It was clean and nice location

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t a fan of it. Elevator on the third floor wasn’t working. Also the shower room we turned all the way to the hot and it was cold water. So we had to push to the cold and very little water was coming out of the shower to have warm water.
