La ubicación, aunque para llegar costó algo por el tránsito que había a ésa hora. La limpieza. La alberca techada.

Cons:

El estacionamiento, muy pequeño e incómodo. La recepción tan poco amable, el único elevador funcional, sólo permutia 4 personas, se apagó 2 veces en 1 mismo trayecto. 1 sólo elevador para 6 pisos, optabamos por las escaleras, lo cual resultó también molesto.

Las instalaciones son preciosas y la ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Una de las sábanas estaba manchada y, a pesar de notificarlo, después de la limpieza volvieron a usar la misma sábana. La limpieza en general, muy bien.

Hotel location is perfect if you want to enjoy the Old Veracruz to its fullest.

The property is directly situated on the square where all the cultural activities (nusic, dance, etc…) happens on every night
