Great location-easy to get to The 02. Very clean room, great breakfast & friendly, helpful staff :)

Great sized room with big bathroom (bath and shower)
Early check in
Lovely breakfast, lots of choice
Very clean and everywhere smelt amazing!
Quiet location, directly opposite the 02. Close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Cons:

A tiny bit further from the tube than we would have ideally liked but still only a 15 minute walk so not a big deal.
(Got a taxi home at night)

Overall the hotel looks amazing staff was helpful when checking in

Cons:

You could tell no one had stayed in the room for a while as it was very dusty, so I wouldn’t say it was properly clean. Breakfast was also very disappointing and the staff were practically non-existent. We weren’t greeted or told how breakfast worked.

There wasn’t a single clean table available and no cutlery out, as everything had been used by previous guests, so we had to search around ourselves. There was a menu you could order from, but it felt pointless as there was never anyone around to ask. The buffet was available too, but overall it just wasn’t enjoyable at all. I wouldn't stay again
