Staff were helpful, polite and professional. The facilities were very clean and tidy
Bed was a little small
At check-in, Mr Roman @reception was professional, friendly and very helpful. He answered all our questions about the facilities, parking and their restaurant.
When we told him the purpose of our stay, Mr Roman upgraded us to the Penthouse Suite which had riverside views across. The suite was spacious, oppulently and tastefully furnished.
He ensured our stay was comfortable, peaceful and well catered for. Thank you Mr Roman. We are fans of Radisson Blu now.
The restaurant: scoff and banter served us scrumptious meals. We were served by Vershawn & Meghanu. Excellent service with a smile. Many thanks.
All in all our very first Saturday at Radisson Blu Canary Wharf was levels better than our already high expectations.
Once again, thanks Roman. You were the first point of contact for what turned out to be a beautiful luxurious experience.
The staff are great especially the night shift manager
None
Very clean, modern, air conditioned, comfortable and spacious for a standard double with nice bathroom, just a short walk from Canary Wharf. Facilities are what you’d expect from a Radisson.
Although it looks very near the O2 on the map there is no way to walk there- it’s either an expensive taxi or walk back to the tube. Snack shop in the foyer is exorbitantly expensive.
Location was good and beds were comfortable
Bathroom was clean
Furniture In the room was worn and ripped, and the room itself could use updating.
The room seemed over priced for what we got!
Went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly. Gave a room upgrade as there wasn't any with two separate beds.
Gave a room with a sofa bed but upon entering there was no bedding for it.
It was well located to where we wanted to go
A bit hard to find from getting off the train
Good location
Using room key for lift
The restaurant staff very helpful and friendly
Hotel had lovely air conditioning every where! Must appreciate in the current heatwave
Had booked a twin room , on arrival told they didn’t have any . And stated cannot be guaranteed. I stated I booked in March . Senior member of staff called over . Was stated don’t care when you booked cannot be guaranteed on arrival….
I said we had received no communication to advise us of this … and my friend has a medical condition and we cannot share a bed … Amazingly a twin room was made available, but not before the senior member said ‘ you can calm down now , you’ve got what you wanted’ !
Nice location and smart
A complimentary can of water each was also supplied, which was appreciated.
Receptionist was quite rude when I asked if we definitely had a twin room. I had messaged when originally booked and explained I was staying with my adult son - I had also selected the twin room option on the booking. The receptionist said ‘we have accommodated you THIS time, but we don’t normally do that’!
Also, there were green stains on carpet - in front of long mirror in room. I understand this will have been from a prior guest, but it looked bad.
Pricey drinks at reception. I needed a bottle of water when we got back and the cost was £3.99 for just a 500ml bottle.
