Lo staff alla reception era gentile ed accogliente. Letto abbastanza comodo.
La pulizia era molto scarsa. Nel lavandino l’acqua scendeva lentamente, dovevo chiudere il rubinetto subito altrimenti si riempiva d’acqua. Quando eri sdraiato a letto si sentiva un odore di umidità e in più ho trovato un ragno piuttosto grande sulla tenda.

the view was amazing, very close to stations and the o2 (which was why i was there) very clean and the staff specifically Bhavana was so kind and told us the best way to get around
