Spacious, nice bar room was great and nice little touches with the free drink at the bar. Reception staff on checking in was lovely and very helpful.
The shuttle driver could be more accommodating helpful and friendly and learn a thing or two about customer service and courtesy!
Had a long travel journey and arrived at the hotel at 9am. Maria was so accommodating and allowed me to check-in at 1pm and upgraded me to the penthouse as compensation. Was extremely kind and generous of her. The penthouse has incredible views and very luxurious
The carpets had loads of stains, especially around the edge of the bed.
The room was a good location with river views.
The restaurant was poor. Ordered 2 rib eye steaks, we received 2 steaks but not rib eye and one was cold so sent back. I was charged for the chips even though everything else was cold and sent back, not good customer service. Bar service appalling all pumps being out of use at 7pm at night no explanation stood waiting 45 minutes still no drinks offered. Very poor hospitality compared to other Radisson hotels.
The AC did not work even after changing rooms
Clean quiet and comfortable
The location is not great - middle of a new build estate, had to Uber into town. The shower did not have a hand held spray so if you didn’t want to get your hair wet which I didn’t it meant standing in the bath and sluicing myself down. No mirror suitable for drying hair or putting make up on.

Nice Room in a good location
It was ok. Location was great. I was told to get some picnic bag because I had to leave early, but just got a bag with some fruits that have been lying around anyway
I asked for a taxi the other day and said I had to be there at a special time and qwe needed to think about the huge traffic in the early morning hours. The taxi driver came almost an hour later and he told me that he was asked to come half an hour later that I said I needed the taxi. How can they do that, almost missed my flight
