It could have advised that gym and pool were not exclusively for guests.
Cons:

Child Swim lessons around 6pm just when guests want to use!!
Seems facilities are shared with locals. No problem with this but should have been made clear before booking. Got very busy and detracted from a peaceful evening

Stunning outlook and superb amenities.
Pros:

Welcoming staff . Quiet, lovely setting with loads of facilities to utilise , not far from Kinsale itself. Beautiful room and breakfast was abundant.
