施設だけで言うと、もう泊まらないかなってかんじですが新潟は素敵なところでまたきたいです。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

駅近、安かったことです

Cons:

髪が落ちていたり、お風呂場も黒カビがすごかったり
お掃除していないんだなとわかって　初日から不安でした

コスパが良かった
Pros:

立地が良く、朝食のクオリティーが高い割に宿泊料金が割安であった。朝の朝食会場で女性スタッフが色々な料理が出てきたタイミングで声出しをされているのも良いと感じた

Cons:

特に大きなバッドポイントはないが、枕のチョイスができれば(二種類は用意されていましたが)少し硬い枕ができればよかった

Pros:

駅近でアクセスが良い。周辺に買い物や食事ができる所が多く便利。静かでゆっくり休める。

Cons:

朝食は種類も多く美味しかったけど、お粥は炊くときの水分を間違えた?っていうくらいお餅みたいだった。

Pros:

朝食のバイキングの種類が多くて、味も美味しかった。チェックアウトが11時なのでゆったり出来て嬉しかった。ロケーションも良い。

Cons:

新潟駅新幹線口から通路で直接行けるのだけど、ちょっとわかりにくい。ただ寒い日や暑い日、雨の日などはとても助かりますね。

アクセス最高、だがちょっと狭い
Pros:

駅直結でアクセスが非常に良い。古いホテルだと思うが綺麗にリニューアルされており、清潔。

Cons:

部屋が狭く感じる。机の椅子を引くとベッドに当たるし、ユニットバスのドアを開けると荷物おきにぶつかるので、置く場所をくふうしないといけない。エレベーターが遅いので、4階フロントから２階まで階段でもいけるようにして欲しいです。荷物を一時預かりにするのにQRコードから登録せねばならず、取り出すときもスクリーンショットが必要で、逆に非常に効率が悪いと思う。自動チェックイン・チェックアウト機も、対人と併用したほうが良いのでは。合理化がやや裏目に出ていると思う。
