Very good
Pros:

Had a good experience with staying at your hotel. We were quoted a rate on the phone for the night and were pleased to be advised at the desk of a 25 percent discount which brought it to a very reasonable price for “up north”. The desk staff were very pleasant as well. We stayed on June 10th. I will hope I get the name of the desk agent close (Armin?) please accept our apologies if this isn’t right. Thanks again!

Excellent
Pros:

Best hotel of six on our trip so far, all supposedly the same grade. Friendly staff, even overnight. Good size room with comfortable bed. Endless supply of coffee pods (just ask). We didn’t use the small restaurant but did make use of the free shuttle back to the airport as it was raining! So really can’t find a fault with the Nova.

Comfortable stay with great staff.
Pros:

We arrived slightly worried by reading a few of the previous reviews but there was absolutely nothing to have worried about. Very friendly and helpful staff across the board and nothing too much trouble for any of them.

Room was very clean and comfortable with everything you need in it. We are big coffee drinkers but asking for more was greeted with a big smile and a ‘no problem’. Bed was comfortable and room spacious.

I would recommend this hotel and if ever back this is where I will stay.

Gutes Hotel, nicht weit entfernt vom See.
Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.
Alles vorhanden im Zimmer. was man braucht.
Sauber und ordentlich.
Frühstück muss dazu gekauft werden - habe mich selbst versorgt.
Natürlich sind viele der touristisch interessanten Dinge Anfang Mai in den Northern Territories noch nicht geöffnet. aber dafür hat man einen eigenen Blick auf die Dinge.

Uncomfortable
Pros:

Good proximity to the town walking distance to shops and only 10 minutes to airport

Cons:

The room was far too hot and no option to turn heating down even with the window open it was very uncomfortable and not able to sleep. The coffee maker was not working correctly some times it made coffee other times it did not brew. The room was clean but in need of updating. Stayed just the 1 night

Travelling with my 85 yr old mother & would have appreciated more help or kindness. Do better.
Pros:

Central location but very tired.

Cons:

Seems like it has been ignored for sometime. Central location, close to everything, but not much tourist support. Staff don’t seem invested. Even watering the sad plants in the lobby, no one cared to wipe the table where they spilled water all over it. Most were more concerned with socializing than waiting on anyone. Loud rap music with swearing blared in the lobby was an odd choice & somewhat disturbing. Art is incredibly dated and paints a horrible picture, particularly of local culture, or is simply absent. The only chairs in the lobby were ripped & in disrepair. There were options of rooms that could create a lounge/social space left empty. The housekeeping seems to have no organization-most days our room was still not dealt with as last as 4 or 5pm- and the room had been left open- door ajar- with all of our things available to any passerby! Pretty sure no one cared- when we told the desk they kind of shrugged their shoulders. Considering the price- we were pretty horrified. Restaurant was good but prices were high-the service there was the best we received.

とても快適でした。
Pros:

深夜もフロントにはスタッフが常駐しておりオーロラ観賞からの帰りでドアを開けて欲しい時も、早朝のチェックアウトもスムーズでした。お部屋は気温にもよりますが、暖房をつけなくても十分暖かいですし、電子レンジもあり不便は無かったです。3階にレストランがあり朝食で利用しましたが空いていてすぐに利用できましたし、オムレツは野菜も入っていて美味しかったです。
