Drawer keeps opening, once close, it will slide back open again, complain to the desk but did not fixed. Shower did not worked the first time.

Pros:

Helpful and accommodating customer staff. We were tired from our long drive and she got us into our room quickly.

Cons:

No services, no open restaurant or food, hot tub closed at 9pm so for $400 cad all we received was 8 hours of sleep. We could have been anywhere

Ok place to stay
Pros:

Great location! Facilities haven’t really been updated but the room was clean.

Cons:

The parking garage was not tall. Luckily we had a smaller vehicle but a truck wouldn’t fit. We did scratch our car when opening the tailgate.
Parts of the room were updated but the main facility was outdated.

Pros:

Fairly close to downtown and bus stops.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit is very loud to the point of being hard to sleep with it on. Rooms and overall hotel is a bit tired.
