Great experience, fast wifi, clean, well run
Pros:

VERY GOOD location right in Roma. Lobby isn’t big or lux but still does its job with comfy seats to meet up or wait for uber. The restaurant was a spacious family-friendly mid-range Mexican cuisine. My King superior room was nicely sized a definitely worth the $15 upgrade it cost. Room was clean and functional. AC worked well, and the window opened. Staff was efficient laid back and friendly. Gym was small and basic but clean modern and fine for a quick workout. Full set of dumbbells up to 25lbs but nothing higher! Please get 30lb and 35lb too. Price was a good value for Roma, but you can save a lot staying a kilometer outside it. No noise issues. Finally, the wifi was FAST and never went down once. That’s unfortunately a common hotel problem, but Stanza had a router in my room in the closet and that was great. 1pm check-out was approved at no charge immediately. No surprise charges on my credit card. Would book here again without hesitation. Enjoy my photos all within a short walk of the hotel.

Comfortable stay, helpful reception staff
Pros:

Great stay, comfortable room with good air-con. Good wifi. Good location - easy walking distance to the cheap metro-bus which will take you into the historical centre. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Location and cleanness were fine

Cons:

They refused to give the keys at 3pm although all the information and confirmation states that check in time is 3pm. First time in my life I am seeing such a practice.
