La rigidez de no permitir el ingreso temprano y no es porqué no tengan disponibilidad, porqué cobrando $40 por hora anticipada si te lo permitían, te alojas con ellos 7 dias y aun así no tienen esa cortesía.
Large room + breakfast+ location
The room was very spacious, which was definitely a plus. There was plenty of room to feel comfortable during our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite dated and the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms and outside, as the windows do not insulate against noise properly. This made it difficult to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay, especially at night. The hotel has potential, but it would benefit from renovation and much better sound insulation.
Convenient location catching the KTX train into Seoul as its walking distance from the station and a short bus ride or walk to some of the major sites near city hall, Gwangwamun square and Myeongdong. Availability of a room for a family of 4 which is a rarity, particularly in Seoul/Korea.
Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke very fluent english
Disappointed by the quality of the hotel for the price and for a 4 star hotel. A room on our floor was being renovated but the corridors weren't very appealing. The room itself was pretty basic, very average mattresses, quite noisy and the shower in the bathroom was of poor quality, you basically had to hold it otherwise it shot straight at you as you couldn't adjust it. It was in a bathtub wlthat wasn't sealed so water leaked over the side and back and then under the bath into the bathroom itself.

Property had a smell to it and is outdated. Having migraine headaches it was hard to manage a night. Checked out next day and asked for refund multiple times and they just ignored. Their solution to smell was air fresheners which made it even worse
