Important information:

The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.

Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel confortable et bien placé
Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel, ses services, les espaces, le confort du lit

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation avec une chambre donnant sur la rue très passagère.
La non fonctionnalité de certains espaces (douche, sauna) au spa

ESPERABA MAS POR EL PRECIO QUE TIENE
Pros:

Eché en falta en el desayuno más productos calientes, como butifarra o huevos fritos, también aguacate. El café estaba frío, pedimos que nos lo calentarán y encantados lo hicieron

Cons:

Que los servicios del hotel no estuvieran incluidos en el precio y que la habitación era pequeña y que el parking del hotel no sea gratuito. Había uno fuera, en un terreno cerca sin arreglar con una curva y desnivel horroroso y sin asfaltar, solo cabían unos 8 cocches. El parking de debajo del hotel era de pago.

Muy buen ambiente de montaña pero cerca de la ciudad
Pros:

Atención excepcional del personal. Muy agradable la decoración y ambiente interior, con aire de cabaña de montaña. Pudimos aparcar en la misma puerta, en zona reservada para huéspedes del hotel y de manera gratuita.

Cons:

El balcón daba a la calle que puede ser algo ruidosa a veces, con bastante tráfico, y apenas sin vistas con un edificio alto delante.

Regular me decepcionó
Pros:

Su localización, su parking exterior gratis y su personal muy bien.

Cons:

Se ha quedado obsoleto en la decoración de las habitaciones y en el tamaño de algunas de ellas … hace muchos años que he estuve varias veces en este hotel y volver me ha decepcionado bastante. Además dice que acepta mascotas pagando 30€ por día y eso me parece excesivo para no tener ni un detalle con el animal en la habitación, además nos dieron una habitación tan pequeña que no se podía ni pasar a la vez por al lado de las camas, o pasaba mi perra de 29 kg o nosotros. Tuve que pedir que me cambiaran a una un poco más grande. Cosa que hicieron enseguida y estoy agradecida, pero me parece que 30€ por día por una mascota es excesivo!!
