Rutllan & Spa, nestled in a traditional mountain chalet, provides a cozy retreat in La Massana, offering easy access to Pal-Arinsal ski resort in winter and lush gardens with a heated outdoor pool in summer.

Important information:

The spa costs EUR 14 per person per day. Spa opens from 15 to 17 hrs for children and from 17 to 21hrs for adults only.

Gala Dinner is not included in the room rate for stays on 31 December.

Please note that the only pets allowed are dogs. When travelling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of EUR15 per pet under 10kg per night applies. In case the dog is 10kg or more, the extra charge is EUR30 per pet per night instead. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Dogs do not have access to the dining room.

From September 1 to November 30, we will be carrying out comprehensive renovation works in a specific area of the hotel that will affect 14 rooms. During this period, this area will remain completely closed and separated from the areas designated for our guests. The hotel's services, facilities, and common areas will operate normally. Für Wanderungen und für einen Kurztrip perfekt
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Der Frühstücksraum sehr ordentlich. Haben am letzten Tag sogar ein Lunchpaket erhalten, weil wir sehr früh abgefahren sind. Tolle Lage, direkt an der Gondel und Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen. Andorra Stadt ist 10 Minuten weg.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgenutzt und bissl klein (Balkontür konnte man nicht ganz aufmachen , da das Bett davor stand) auch das Spa und der Pool könnten etwas mehr Pflege vertragen, dass ist schade. Denn sonst ein tolles Hotel.

Breakfast was decent, the SPA center was good (although it costs extra), and the rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location!

Gemiddeld hotel aan prijzige kant
Pros:

Service verder prima, maar je kunt zien dat de inrichting gedateerd is. Personeel straalt gelatenheid uit.

Cons:

De foto's zijn wat vertekend, zwembad onder de kabelbaan (en die maakt vrij veel lawaai). . Qua ligging: iets te kort aan die drukke doorgaande weg, deur open geeft ook 's nachts nodige rumoer. Aangepadte geluiddempers op motoren en auto's zijn geen uitzondering - geven veel kabaal.

Buen Hotel
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. Habitación amplia, la zona de césped y piscina muy limpias...

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fué que en el desayuno tanto los embutidos ( fuet, salchichón....) y el pan, te los tenias que cortar tú con lo cual lo toca todo el mundo.
