Pros:

Me esperaba un poco más para las 4* pero estaba bien.
Fuimos en Julio y lo que más me gustó era el cesped para poder salir con el bebé, estaba bastante céntrico en La Massana, y la piscina.
El desayuno estaba rico, nos trajeron el café y la leche y atendieron todo muy rapido y muy amable la verdad.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado, y eso en 2026 con las temperaturas que sufrimos en Andorra también se pasan los 30 grados..
-el aparcamiento lleno, nos cobraron el sitios y cuando fuimos a dejar el coche estaba todo ocupado, luego pedimos la devolución pero con un bebé pues estrés innecesario.
- el colchon podria ser de mejor calidad m, si sufres de dolor en ka espalda pues no muy bien

Decoració i ambientació tipica de xalet de muntanya.

Cons:

No ens van fer l'habitació després de la primera nit d'hotel.
Les cadenes de TV catalanes es podien veure però sense Audio.

Goed centraal gelegen hotel, nette en ruime (bad)kamer. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Pros:

Ligging hotel is heel centraal en biedt goede uitvalsbasis voor een rondje Andorra. Personeel was vriendelijk, kamer was ruim en schoon, bed was ook goed. Ontbijt was beperkt gevarieerd maar niettemin goed en ruim voldoende.

El personal del hotel es excelente!! Amable, servicial, siempre dispuestos a dar una mano y mas!!
Solicitamos e desayuno mas temprano de lo que abrian y sin problemas nos lo prepararon la noche anterior.
Fuimos con bicicletas y las pudimos guardar en una habitacion con llave para nuestra seguridad.
Incluso nos contactaron apenas nos fuimos por unas cosas que habiamos dejado olvidadas.
Un lugar para recomendar y para destacar, lo mejor del hotel es su PERSONAL
