Porters available when arriving. I carried my bags from the car (basement) outside and then took a left and ended up in reception. This is my only compliant. Maybe just process improvement. The 2 gentlemen who assisted where wonderful.

the stay was good; they are very flexible on the checkout times, which was a plus plus for me
