The place is like a warm hug after a long hars day of work or play, Convenient, safe, luxurious.

Lovely staff.

Cons:

The microwave was difficult to operate. The fridge door didn’t close properly.

The wifi didn’t work- I had to constantly ask for it to be fixed.

Cons:

We had the 3 BR apartment
Rooms and bathrooms need TLC
Bedsheets and duvets and pillows not to 5 star levels
Found them to be starchy and rough
I was expecting a full buffet breakfast they only had à la carte
