Everything was really wonderful, we felt super well taken care of. Specially with the Help of the Guest Experience Team Martina and Giada, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our Holiday.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views and an exceptional location. The beach club is beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff: every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service exceeded all expectations, and every detail was taken care of perfectly.

Fantastic hotel! We traveled all the way from Chile to spend our honeymoon in Sicily, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip.
The staff welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The location is simply unbeatable: Isola Bella is just steps away, and by crossing the road and walking a couple of minutes, you are there. It almost feels as if Isola Bella is part of the hotel itself.
Another great advantage is that the cable car station is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to explore the area without needing a car.
Beautiful views, excellent service, and a perfect location. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our honeymoon. Highly recommended!
