Pros:

Customer service was excellent with Javier at the front desk. Cuddles for Javier 🫶

Cons:

The room was not really clean, it had a lot of dust. The sheets were stained, there were several roaches in the hotel and there was a rat in the poo swimming.. I just wanted it to relax and have a good night sleep but all that happened l. We stayed because we were so tired of driving that we slept for a few hours and left... We didn't even want breakfast... It was not a good experience....

Pedi la factura al ingresar, dijeron que al salir, la pedi al dejar la habitación, reserve desde el 16 de abril y aun no me la han mandado y ya no responden los mensajes.

También hay cucarachas en la habitacion
