The location is great, very close to the centre city

Cons:

Some of the hotel staff are rude and unprofessional but the staff at the restaurant and cleaners are awesome. I booked and paid through a booking tool which required my families ages for payment purposes. I have 16 year old children which was charged as children for our stay. The duty manager on arrival to the hotel, made a comment about my children not being children and should have been charged as adults (they need to update their age criteria for their booking resources - hotel issue not the customers). This did not make our arrival feel welcoming and we were staying for over 2 weeks. There is no fresh water provided in the rooms so you have to use the bathroom tap water for kitchen purposes, which is unhygienic. No microwave is provided either so you cannot reheat your own food. Food options are to eat out only. No cooking facilities are available on site for customers. Only the restaurant but it’s very expensive. Would not recommend this place for long stays.

Exceptional stay here
Pros:

Loved the hospitality as we never get that as much we do travel alot for tournaments (daughter sports) & this facility was absolutely amazing. We definitely will be back here every time we come.

Cons:

Just the smell of Rotorua haha.

A great place to stay in Rotorua. Great location, great price, great staff.
Pros:

This was a good room for a family, with 2 bedroom areas and 2 bathrooms. The location is great. It is right next to the lake and very easily walkable to town.

Cons:

This was essentially two separate rooms. Which was great as we were traveling with a teen. The only downside was that there was only AC in one of the rooms. So, the door between the spaces had to stay open or the second room stayed extremely cold.
