Everything you need in Rotorua
Pros:

Really friendly and comfortable hotel. Well worth the tariff. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean, great shower!

Cons:

Upgrade to room with two double beds from room with one king double bed. Would have preferred the larger bed especially as heater didn't work in the supposedly superior room.

The heating in our bedrooms was not as effective as needed, radiators were inactive, and there needed to be a heat pump in both rooms, and the one there needed to be more powerful

This hotel is a great choice to use as a base for exploring Rotorua.
Pros:

The Sudima is in an excellent position bedside Lake Rotorua. It is tucked away and quiet even though it is close to all amenities and main roads. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a view of the lake. The food in the hotel restaurant was superb and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Hard to fault - we had a very happy 2 day stay.

Pros:

The receptionist was very welcoming. The room was really clean and nice. The Polynesian spa is 3 mins walk away from the hotel and staying at the hotel meant we got a small discount for the entry fee to the spa. Just stayed one night but it was relaxing and quiet.

It was nice!
Pros:

I didn't even know that they upgraded our room from superior twin to deluxe twin but we weren't after the room tho. I feel like the superior twin room is more spacious than the deluxe twin😅 but overall we loved our stay..

Cons:

It was raining when we were there and wanted to use the pool but when we checked it, it wasn't that warm too.. so disappointed because my son was looking forward to it..maybe next time 😉
