Quiet unfortunate during our stay, other customers were loud. We can hear the doors banging loudly and can hear their noise in the middle of the night.

Cons:

Not much really. I understand that the hotel has been established for a while and has been well maintained. However, I’d like to see more modern furnishings in the bedroom.

A good value stay for families.
Pros:

There were complimentary car chargers to use, the kids loved the heated pool, the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The hallways were very noisy and loud guests disrupted our sleep at night.
It’s in a smelly part of Rotorua. Breakfast bowls and plates provided (great!) but no toaster.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The cleanliness wasn’t good. Hairs in the bathroom, stains on surfaces and quite a bit of mould. The shower head was fixed at a height for smaller people which isn’t ideal when you’re 6ft .. The AC filters hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I’ve stayed in nicer Sudima’s unfortunately.
