Its bland but it does the job
Pros:

Its clean, its inoffensive and its in a great location

Cons:

Its probably the most plain hotel room ive stayed in, its almost like it was unfinished. Room had the absolute minimum of requirements and nothing else. Also has the 2 single beds pushed together to make the void.

Ibis with so much potential
Pros:

Really enjoyed dinner and our room was clean and tidy. Restaurant staff were good, considerate and tentative.

Cons:

There is an opportunity to improve how staff greet guests as they arrive. They are the face of your establishment and can make or break with first impressions.

Another opportunity for improvement is the buffet breakfast and ensuring food is readily available without to longer delays.

I do think the cost of a room is on the high side. Especially given there are now hotel activities, no spa bath or sauna, games room. Be great to add some excitement to the place. Make it a destination you want people to return to.

Good location, super clean, staff extremely friendly and the breakfast we would recommend as good value.

Cons:

Room 389. The beds are too small, actually very small! The bathroom is adequate, good shower and lighting but the toilet is cramped in and too close to the wall, not easy to use.
