Very relaxing stay, clean and comfortable
The bed was amazing.
The staff, although small, worked hard to manage everything from checkout to breakfast. Keeping up the stock, for everyone.
The room was quiet, even being so close to the freeway
We will plan future trips to be there again. ✅
Only stayed for one night
Couldn't find the mattress manufacturer
The breakfast was good. All of the hotel staff were extremely nice. It made the stay even better. The room was comfy and my son and nephews loved the indoor pool.
Honestly, everything was to my expectations. Having the same exact thing for breakfast everyday wasn't the greatest but it was free and good.
We enjoyed our room, the breakfast was substantial, the area was good and we were given good recommendations for local eating. The staff was very friendly. It was beautifully foggy the day we left. I really enjoyed the fog view from our third floor window.
The pool and pool room was WAY too warm. The pool could stand to be 10 degrees cooler and the pool room less humid.
We also had some miscommunication regarding the need for extra pillows, replacing used towels and removal of garbage.
Room was very nice! Breakfast was good, but the milk I had wasn't good (seemed expired). Welcomed nicely when we checked in and as we left the next morning.
As mentioned above, the milk seemed to be expired and didn't taste right. I only had to sip to notice the bad taste. Otherwise, the breakfast was good.
Comfortable rooms, coffee 24/7, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Let’s cation was great too. Near a lot of restaurant and highway access.
Only one picnic table to sit outside. Need a few more chairs and tables for outside seating.
Just off the interstate, plenty of places to eat. Friendly staff.
Nothing
Beds were comfy, breakfast was decent with the area having plenty of room and seating, pool was nice and warm
Nothing wrong with the hotel but hoping the coaches/parents of the soccer team from plum PA see this as they should be ashamed of the behavior displayed by the boys at the pool...I get it, boys will be boys but the fact they were whipping a football so hard i wouldn't be surprised to see dents in the wall, mind you other people were in the pool and one of those balls almost hit my son, jumping in the pool almost on top of others, going to the ice machine and bringing back handfuls of ice and throwing it at their friends in the pool (the warm pool) and using the hose as a toy to spray each other and spray all over the pool area was behavior they all were old enough to know better and the two male "chaperones" there found the behavior fun enough to partake themselves which did nothing but encourage further poor behavior from these boys. With this, I need to commend the evening hotel worker as he came and calmly but sternly commented on the behavior and the complaints he was receiving (their behavior pushed out everyone) and encouraged fun but needs to be safe and not misusing hotel property, he removed the hose and locked it up and calmly left. Sadly, they used other things to still play with the spicket and continued the behavior after the correction at which point we left as we didnt want to be associated with baboon like behavior any longer so again, plum soccer team parents and coaches please show your boys to do better while in hotels for games.
