Wonderful time @ Sure Stay by Best Western
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cups, bowls, dishes and a toaster; The bathroom had plenty of clean towels and even a clothes basket for your dirty clothes. I loved everything about the hotel. All the staff were respectful and kind. They were always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, our stay was good.
Pros:

The location was great, the accommodations were comfortable for the price. The security of the doors was very good and acceptable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The kitchenette faucet was dripping (it would not completely shut off). I spoke with the front desk and they told me someone would be repairing it. I spoke with the front desk the second day to remind them, but no maintenance person ever came to the room to correct the situation. We could not use the sink during our entire stay.

The location was nice

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean. Very dusty, the couch was very dirty so we wouldn’t sit on it, the room was REALLY sandy. So much so, housekeeping left a broom in the room. I know it’s an oceanfront room, but come ON. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and they smelled funny so we didn’t use them and froze at night.

I CALLED AND CALLED AND EMAILED I COULD NOT TALK TO A REAL HUMAN ON BOOKING.COM THERE WAS ONLY AN AI AUTOMATED VOICE AND I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT THAT, I WANTED TO DOWNGRADE TO A QUEEN ROOM BOOKING PAST ME BACK AND FORTH TO SPEAK TO THE HOTEL THE HOTEL TOLD ME TO CALL BOOKING I WAS PASSED AROUND BACK AND FORTH I ABSOLUTELY HATED THAT, ONCE I GOT TO THE HOTEL THEY OFFERED ME A QUEEN BUT AT THE SAME HIGHER PRICE AS A DOUBLE ROOM I DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL I WANTED TO TALK TO A LIVE HUMAN BEING WITH BOOKING AND I COULD NOT I CALL FOR DAYS AND DAYS AND I EMAILED THE PROPERTY THE PROPERTY AT SURE STAY WOULD NOT CHANGE MY RESERVATION THEY SAID TALK TO BOOKING I CALLED BOOKING BOOKING SAID TALK TO THE HOTEL I HATE IT THAT 😡😡😡
