Exceptional Staff and Great Location
Pros:

One of the best things about this place, apart from its proximity to the city centre, is the staff. I’ve never encountered such exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming people. They really make the stay special

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to most of the major sights In Istanbul. It is in a busy part of town; however, the hotel was quiet with a view of Gulhane Park right across the street from the rooftop deck and windows that keep out much of the city noise. We were warmly greeted by Fatima at the fabulous breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The spa and workout facilities were an added bonus. The hotel is very clean and we would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The only negative is that the WiFi is underpowered during peak times in the morning and evening.

Excelente ubicación justo al lado de una parada de tranvía y a 5 minutos andando de las principales atracciones en la parte antigua. Todo el personal atento a nuestras peticiones y con trato cercano. Habitaciones limpias, amplias y cómodas. Desayuno muy completo.

Tout était parfait la propreté la chaleur du personnel la situation de l hôtel vraiment c était top très calme des qu on etait à l intérieur de l hôtel on a passé un merveilleux séjour
