Location was beautiful.
Breakfast was small and not very good . Pancakes were cold . Sausage was bad and cold .
Le service, le confort, l'insonorisation, l'emplacement.

Koffer schleppen
Location on the water was great. Breakfast overlooking the water was beautiful.
Breakfast was basic, but ok.
I was pleasantly surprised by this Inn after reading the reviews. The rooms were pleasant and clean. Property is built on a hill and has a lot of stairs and no elevator.
I had asked for a ground floor room with 2 beds for mobility issues. The room was in a motel-like addition. It had a walkout to the waterfront patio which was a lovely feature.
The bathroom was newly renovated with walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable.
Some furniture was a bit worn, but not an issue.
Location is very close to the Thousand Island Cruise terminal.
"Free" Breakfast was not great. Avoid the omelets . They were precooked and cold.
Best bet is the eggs and bacon. It was at least freshly cooked.
I stayed at this property as I was meeting with others who were also staying there.
Although I enjoyed my stay, it was overpriced.
Location
The staff was great. The free breakfast hit the spot. Very good location to the 1000 island tours.
The history , the beds were so comfortable , and the view
Lack of historical ambience . At arrival there was used bedding and garbage throughout all the hallways .
The breakfast and wait staff were perfect
What we didn’t like was that the dining room tables were dirty. They could have been covered by some nice white clean linens. The chairs on the outside patio were very uncomfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was great. The reception was efficient.
The room was an old strip motel with some newer decor. The room had a musty damp smell like a tent or trailer. The fridge worked but rusty inside and a bad seal. The room was fairly clean but toilet still had crap stuck to the bowl.
The friendly and helpful staff was the most significant highlight of our stay.
The breakfast area has a full glass wall which looks out over the river and dock where the cruise boats arrive and depart from - lovely scenery.
The Inn is a very old building and is in need of a "freshen up" as the carpeting while clean is very warn and needs replacing to improve the overall appearance and atmosphere.
Sitting by the water beautiful scenery
Accessible
The only thing to like was the view from the dining room!
The staff that checked us in was less that friendly, when inquired about if our room had a view of water, the reply was you got the room you paid for - a view of the parking lot! The facility is dingy and feels run down, for the price paid we were expecting better. The room was not well light and the “table” only seated one, the desk chair was so bad almost fell back when I sat down on it. The TV was like watching snow, the quality was so bad. The facility is advertised as also having a spa - there isn’t one. Breakfast came out lukewarm, sausage was actually cold - horrible quality!
The location is walking distance to the city cruise centre, very convenient. Just walk out to the main street there are plenty of food choices. It's a small town, there's not much to expect. But the frontal lake view is awesome.
The inn is old, carpet on the stairs and corridor is as old. Room carpet smells bad. The odour is quite strong when open the door entering into the room. Bed is very high, need to have technique to climb up. Aircon is noisy.
Location, views, riverside chairs
Smudged glassware, grumpy clerk, incomplete room cleanup
