I cannot say enough good things about the professional service and hospitality extended by the staff and management especially Enes Ozdemir at the Hilton Honer’s checkin . He made the process quick and efficient with helpful tips and information about the many amenities featured at this 5 star property . The rooms are spacious with great views . Try to get a room on the 20-25 floor so you can visit the executive lounge offered . Ismail is the host with the most and happy to answer any questions you may have. Well worth the upgrade. I am so happy I decided to stay here . The 2nd floor spa is an exceptional amenity and stays open until 11 pm for swim, sauna, jacuzzi , steam room and work out area.

Giving that the hotel is a 5 star hotel, the food was terrible. Poor choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stayed for 3 days and everyday same food. For a hotel that big I would expect better and different food and better options. Meat was not good, there was not a single dish that I really liked. And I’m usually not picky.
The rooms are big, the bed very comfortable, good mini bar options.
The rest is fine. Nothing outstanding.
As always the stay in this hotel was very pleasant! The price was a bit higher than usual though. My family and I really like their restaurant "Zaxi". The food is good and the staff members are the best.
Room and restaurant was wonderful. Well kept and clean. The zaxi team at the restaurant were attentive, pleasant and efficient. Service at the reception was great. Bed could be tad better.

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel Istanbul Maslak and it was amazing. The facilies were all first class as were the staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. The highlight for me was the restaurant both in the evening and breakfast. The selection of treats and dishes for breakfast were amazing as were the omelettes and fried eggs. The chefs were so talented and creative especially Musty! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

Checking was difficult by the staff when I did check in I stay at first week of April 2026 was good but this time staff at reception gave us difficult time to check in
