We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Istanbul Maslak hotel. All the staff are very friendly and always had a lovely abd warm smile, thank you all for a lovely stay. The hotel Manager, Erdi was extremely kind to us, allowing us to choose from 2 of the hotel's dining experiences, we really appreciate your kind gesture. The hotel chef, Mustafa was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He prepared a delicious omelette exactly to my liking, fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. His warm service made breakfast even more enjoyable., thank you for such a lovely start to the day! We hope to return very,very soon.........
Location was very convenient, there is a metro station 100m away, we parked the car in the hotel and used the metro as the traffic in Istanbul is quite harsh. Room was excellent, also the gym was sufficient for a good practice, SPA center is also really good and clean. Breakfast was rich and variable.

Отель чистый, персонал очень доброжелательный и компетентный. Встретили хорошо, номера большие и удобные. Все есть, тапочки и тд. Как и все турецкие отели все на уровне
Не понравилось расположение объекта. Хотя организованы трансферы в трц, возвращаться из трц на такси тяжело. Он расположен не далеко, но идти пешком не близко. Таксисты не хотят везти потому что близко. Развороты по дороге сложные. Но отель хороший. Видимо именно нам для походов в трц был неудобен.

Had a great stay at this hotel with my family in mid August 2026. Absolutely perfect room we were given. In fact we were upgraded to a better room then the one we booked. Zero complaints about beds, massive bathroom with bath tub and huge shower.
What can be improved is the breakfast options. And repetitive breakfast each day. Also no bathrobes in rooms.
Special mention for Yunus (concierge) and Ulas (housekeeping).
Location is in the business area and very few options near by for food. Metro is close by though with a direct line to Taksim Square and beyond.
Location is great and the Staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good and a large variety.
