- Well equipped gym.
- Good option with shuttle bus few times a day.
- We ate dinner at the restaurant, and there were mice running around which in my opinion is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel.
- Wifi was also not working properly, and falling in and out all the time. Impossible to connect and work properly.
- You need swimming cap to enter the pool.
- Far away from city center.
- No supermarket/restaurants/bars within walking distance.
- Quite expensive compared to what you get.
- Rude staff.
I stayed just over two weeks and found the staff to be Professionsl. At all times they were most caring and pleasant.
The dining experience was exceptional both in service and taste! I highly recommend this wonderful 'Escape' into this world of luxury!

Worst experience ever people in the front desk were so bad and just shouting on me while trying to check out and just asked about why the price of laundry was 120 euro for one T-shirt and jeans, they replied you will pay or we call the police for you. That was actually the worst experience I have ever had and bad treatment by this hotel

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where all of the servers were professional, attentive, and welcoming. However, Asya truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and provided exceptional service throughout our dining experience.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young man named Arif, who kindly escorted us to our room, carried our luggage, and patiently answered all our questions.
Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.
В отеле останавливаемся уже 5 лет. Отель очень уютный, чистый, завтраки вкусные, все продукты свежие, работники отеля очень вежливые ,особенно хочу отметить Эрхана. Рядом с отелем метро, рестораны, торговый центр Истиние молл,до молла ездит трансфер бесплатный туда и обратно. Район тихий и спокойный.

The welcome was great, friendly and fast. My room was very clean and well appointed. The dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. Last time I was here I went with what I knew and it was good. This time I ask for and ordered what was recommended and I am so glad I did. Maybe one of the best hotel meals I’ve had in a very long time. And it was coupled with great service!
