Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Istanbul Maslak. Thank you for the early check-in at 8:30 AM and the complimentary breakfast on our first day—it was greatly appreciated.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to the reception team, the polite shuttle driver, and especially the breakfast team for their outstanding service, warm smiles, and kindness every morning.

Thank you for your excellent hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

tres bien mais quelques points à améliorer pour ce niveau d'hotel
Pros:

Emplacement tres bien. Chambre confortable. Personnel accueillant. Piscine et spa propre et fonctionnel

Cons:

petit déjeuner aurait pu etre mieux fourni (manque fruits frais et poisson pour ce niveau d'hotel)
salle de sport très bien équipé mais manque la vue vers l'extérieur et sac de frappe
rooftop non accessible
problème lors de la reservation qui n'a pas été réglé avec le personnel de l'hotel
